Deze prachtige halfvrijstaande woning ligt in de schilderachtige baai van Cala Salions, in het hart van de Costa Brava, en biedt een uitzonderlijke locatie op slechts 100 meter van het strand. De bevoorrechte ligging, bijna direct boven de zee, biedt adembenemende uitzichten en het rustgevende geluid van de golven.
LOCATIE:
Het strand ligt op slechts 3 minuten lopen en is bereikbaar via een trap/pad die direct vanaf de straat naar het zand leidt—perfect voor een spontane duik in de Middellandse Zee.

Andere prachtige stranden in de omgeving zijn Cala Giverola, Cala Pola en de baaien tussen Tossa de Mar en Blanes.
Het charmante stadje Tossa de Mar ligt op slechts 8 km afstand. Bekend om zijn prachtige stranden, middeleeuwse oude stad en ontspannen sfeer, is het een gezinsvriendelijke bestemming met een breed scala aan watersporten en uitstekende restaurants, van gezellige tapasbars tot verse visrestaurants.
Er zijn prachtige kustwandelingen en culturele bezienswaardigheden te ontdekken! In de villa vindt u een boekje met onze persoonlijke aanbevelingen en hotspots om het meeste uit je verblijf te halen.

A refaire des que possible La maison est très bien pensée salle de bain et toilette à chaque étage Propre et bien disposée avec un vrai coup de cœur pour le salon pleine mer😍 Une cuisine très bien équipée avec suffisamment de vaisselle pour 14 personnes et un réfrigérateur supplémentaire à l’étage bien vu. Et des équipements de qualité. Des jeux pour enfants à disposition.. seau pelle… un accès à la mer facilité par un escalier très large et accessible. Pour la mer penser à ses chaussures d’eau… et aux masques de plongée. Bien vu aussi la boîte à clé pour que tout le monde entre et sorte à son gré au cours du séjour à 14 c’est pratique! Nous y étions avec 2 bébés il y avait les chaises hautes et suffisamment de fil à linge! Attention la supérette et restaurant fermés au 1 et octobre Nous avons eu un souci avec un lit pour lequel nous avons eu une réponse dans la journée . Merci pour la bouteille de vin à l’arrivée

We recently stayed at this lovely property and had a wonderful experience. The rooms are spacious with excellent storage options, and the garden is amazing, providing a perfect space to relax. The view is stunning, and we loved the tranquility and the sound of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed, and we particularly enjoyed using the plancha in the garden every day. The windows and shutters are of good quality, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, there is a convenient laundry area with plenty of space on the drying racks.
Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we would definitely consider returning in the future. |

As for cleanliness, I only noticed a vase on the balcony of the first floor room, full of cigarette butts (nobody in this family smokes...) the butts were in fact already there, visible and it seems to me that the cleaning team lacked control. However, apart from this detail, the interior and exterior were very clean. |

Perfekte Unterkunft für grössere Familien. Krabbelnde Kleinkinder sind mit einem Zaun gut geschützt und haben übersichtlichen Auslauf. Vor Beginn der Saison (1. Juni) ist ein Auto für Einkäufe / Unternehmungen zwingend. Nach Saisonbeginn hat es in unbekijk meer
Perfekte Unterkunft für grössere Familien. Krabbelnde Kleinkinder sind mit einem Zaun gut geschützt und haben übersichtlichen Auslauf. Vor Beginn der Saison (1. Juni) ist ein Auto für Einkäufe / Unternehmungen zwingend. Nach Saisonbeginn hat es in unmittelbarer Nähe einen sauberen, günstigen und gut sortierten Spar-Markt und ein preiswertes Restaurant. Das Internet fiel aufgrund einer defekten Anschlussleitung in der ersten Zeit aus. Wir konnten uns und durch den Kauf eines Flat-Rate Abos für 10.- EUR und einem Handy-Hotspot behelfen. Später kam die Verbindung über den ersetzten SIM-Karten-Router wieder online. Die Hilfe war nicht so zeitnah (Feiertage), aber den Umständen entsprechend freundlich und kompetent. Die vielen Mücken müssten noch irgendwie gezähmt werden können. Alles in allem aber eine geniale Unterkunft für erholsame Ferientage und absolut zu empfehlen.

The house has a magnificent location with a front sea view from the garden and the living room which is located on the 1st floor. Some rooms have also a nice beach view from the window. Early in the morning you can witness a breathtaking sunrise as wbekijk meer

Early in the morning you can witness a breathtaking sunrise as well. The house was more than big enough to welcome our family which consisted of 8 adults and 4 kids. Garden was spacious and furniture is avaible to relaxto sunbath. The beach is located nearby via a stairs just across the dead-end street where the house is located. It's almost as there is a direct road from the house towards the beach. Just a pity that it's not a sand beach which wasn't easy to walk on espacially for the kids. So beach shoes required to walk on. We also went to the nearest town which was Tossa de mar. From the house to Tossa de Mar it took us approximately 13min by car. We had a great time and holiday. The host was very friendly and profesional. Communication went very smooth!

The views, beach access and overall location of Casa Salions makes for a wonderful stay in the Costa Brava. This, alone, made for an enjoyable stay and exceeded expectations. The house itself is stylish, spacious and able to accommodate large groups bekijk meer
The views, beach access and overall location of Casa Salions makes for a wonderful stay in the Costa Brava. This, alone, made for an enjoyable stay and exceeded expectations. The house itself is stylish, spacious and able to accommodate large groups - especially those with children. We spent a lot of time in the large back garden enjoying the outside, taking in the views, the sun, and advantage of the barbecue. A market is just 200 meters away so stocking up on food is easy. The apartment is clean overall however, some of the air conditioners should not be used (even if you follow the apartment directions) and the bathroom areas do need maintenance. All the same, even with some of these small challenges, we would recommend a stay! You will find yourself audibly saying “wow,” each time you look out a window.”

Stunning views, confortable beds, amazing set up for multiple families. Feels safe since it’s a gated community but doesn’t feel like one. The beach and surrounding cliffs are breathtaking. Wish we had been warned about the weak wifi and leaking air bekijk meer

La maison est exactement comme décrite dans l'annonce. Elle est très fonctionnelle, très bien équipée, propre et d'une vue extraordinaire. Nous en garderons un très bon souvenir.

Rubbish bin is up the street approximately 300 m away...
Cupboards smell pretty bad inside.
