Villa Beau Soleil is gelegen in de woonwijk van Santa Cristina, tussen Blanes en Lloret, met uitzicht op zee en op slechts op 10 minuten lopen van het strand.
Ruim (260m2) en comfortabel ingericht voor maximaal 7 personen.
Privé garage voor 2 auto's met gereserveerde en beschermde toegang.
Op de begane grond beschikt de villa over een grote woonkamer met open haard en Smart TV voor uw Netflix account. Volledig uitgeruste keuken met eettafel.
Vanuit de woonkamer en keuken heeft u direct toegang tot het terras, tuin en privé zwembad. BBQ en buiten eethoek met pergola.
Het zwembad is semi-gezouten. Dit betekent zacht water, geen chloor en geen rode ogen.
Op deze verdieping is er een badkamer met douche.
Op de eerste verdieping zijn er 3 slaapkamers:
- master slaapkamer (dubbel bed) met zeezicht, balkon en en-suite badkamer (douche).
- slaapkamer met dubbel bed
- drie-persoons slaapkamer met een dubbel bed en een single bed.
- tweede ruime badkamer (ligbad).
Alle slaapkamers en woonkamer hebben air conditioning.
Uitsluitend voor elektrische en hybride voertuigen is een snellader (3, 4 of 5 uur) geïnstalleerd die gratis tot uw beschikking staat met de verplichte oplaaduren: van 11.00 tot 17.00 uur.
In de omgeving kunt u genieten van vele stranden, Sta. Cristina kapel, de botanische tuin, Water World, nachtleven, Ampurias, Begur, Figueras (Dali Museum), Barcelona of Girona.

Zeer luxe woning met heerlijk zwembad en prachtig uitzicht. Rustig gelegen en van alle gemakken voorzien. Strand op 15 minuten loopafstand. Wij vonden de bedden alleen niet van goede kwaliteit en de wifi is niet altijd optimaal. Op de derde slaapkamebekijk meer

Wij vonden de bedden alleen niet van goede kwaliteit en de wifi is niet altijd optimaal. Op de derde slaapkamer was geen ventilator, maar dat was voor ons geen probleem. Wij hebben veel gesnorkeld, mooie ritten gemaakt langs de kust en daar mooie strandjes opgezocht en nog een dag een boot gehuurd in Blanes.

2maal geboekt bij coastal village. Beide keren was er toch een minpuntje. Het eerste huis teveel trappen voor oudere mensen zowat niet te doen en dit huis kregen we met geen mogelijkheid de auto in de garage. Te stijl. Dit moet je vermelden, vind ik.

The apartments behind the villa were very noisy day and night with young people coming back late and being rowdy. Driveway was so steep our car scraped the underneath so we parked in the road. Apart from this it was a beautiful location, great beach nearby with a few bars and restaurants.

La verdad es que mejorar no se puede,los 15 dias que estuvimos los coches se quedaron en la calle,no hay forma de subir la rampa del parking si no es con un todo terreno.Por lo demas todo genial.

We liked the house and the swimming pool. We used the BBQ a lot. 10 min walk to the beach. 5 min drive to Lloret the Mar. Quit location. We likes also the private parking place the big garage under the house.

Les équipements (TV écran plat neuf, satellite, lecteur DVD, wifi... tout y est) et la propreté également, mobilier de qualité, jeux pour les enfants... bouée, matelas gonflable, parasolbekijk meer

Les enfants ont adoré la piscine et les balades dans les jardins luxuriants... Les supermarchés sont à moins de 5' en voiture, et un superbe park aquatique à 10' La vue est splendide, et en hors saison aucune gêne de bruit... Une bouteille de vin pour la bienvenue et pour notre départ, l'agence était disponible et nous à même fournis les accessoires neuf pour le barbecue... Pour résumer, nous reviendrons certainement dans cette villa au charme indéniable... |
