Villa Blanca is een moderne luxe villa gelegen in de prachtige woonwijk van Cala Santa Cristina, in Blanes, Costa Brava.
De villa is gebouwd en ingericht met high-end kwaliteit materialen.
Geniet van het prachtige uitzicht op zee vanuit elke kamer in deze villa!
Op straatniveau is er een privé garage voor uw auto. Meer auto's kunnen op de straat voor de villa worden geparkeerd.
Op de begane grond vindt u de woonkamer met een aparte eethoek. Volledig ingerichte keuken.
Via schuifdeuren heeft u directe toegang tot het zwembad met een infinity pool, ligstoelen en een eettafel. Aparte zithoek met parasol voor schaduw. BBQ.
Deze villa heeft een semi-gezouten zwembad, dat betekent zacht water, geen chloor en geen rode ogen!
Het uitzicht vanuit het terras is fantastisch! U kunt de kleine kapel van Santa Cristina tussen de pijnbomen zien.
Op de begane grond is er een tweepersoons slaapkamer (tweepersoonsbed), die ook directe toegang tot het terras/zwembad heeft. Een badkamer met douche.
Op de eerste verdieping zijn er 3 dubbele slaapkamers:
- slaapkamer (tweepersoonsbed) met balkon en ensuite badkamer (met douche)
- dubbele slaapkamer (tweepersoonsbed)

The Villa was lovely, has a well kitted out kitchen and plenty room for all 9 of us. The pool area was nice for sitting out at and the pool was good (if a little cold, it warmed up nicely after a few days). The bedrooms and bathrooms were all nice abekijk meer

A great location and felt very safe here with the children. The garage was handy as I hired a bike and it gave me somewhere to store it while not using it. The view is fantastic and Villa is In a superb location for Blanes, Lloreteven further as we had day trips in Barcelona and Girona both within an hours drive. All in all a super villa, location and facilities but maybe not the best for really small childrenbabies? 9/10 for me.

We had a couple of problems at the Villa but they were sorted straight away by Coastal Villas. Washing machine broke and they replaced it within a day, no bedding left for cott but again sorted it straight away. The hot water tank ain’t the biggest sbekijk meer

The hot water tank ain’t the biggest so we were running out of hot water for showers as there were nine of us ( my family do like particularly hot showers though so this may not be an issue for everyone). We have a 15 month old baby so safety was a bit of a concern as pool was not fenced (used to the USA where it’s common place), also the wire fence around balcony and stairs are not the safest for small children? No stair gates in property either but these are only issues if you have children and led us to having to be extra vigilant when baby was around.

Our stay at this beautiful villa was lovely. The location is great and the space is perfect for a nice holiday with your family/friends. We very much enjoyed our stay and the hosts were very helpful and professional.

Sehr schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht.es war sehr komfortabel und hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt.Beim Müll entsorgen sind wir nicht mitgekommen,aber Coata Villa hat uns problemlos geholfen.
