Deze grote villa is gelegen in de baai van Santa Cristina, op slechts 400m van de prachtige stranden van Cala Santa Cristina en Cala Treumal, 10 min lopen of 2 min met de auto!
U komt via de bovenste verdieping binnen. Vanaf hier heeft u toegang tot het grote dakterras met prachtig uitzicht op de Middellandse Zee.
Een niveau lager vindt u de hal met toilet, de mooi ingerichte woonkamer met open haard, smart TV met Netflix account inbegrepen. Aparte volledig ingerichte keuken. Zowel de woonkamer en keuken hebben toegang tot het overdekte balkon met grote buiten eettafel, lounge hoek, gas BBQ en een prachtig uitzicht op zee!
Aparte wasruimte met een wasmachine.
Vanuit de hal heeft u toegang tot 2 grote dubbele/triple slaapkamers en een aparte badkamer met ligbad.
Een niveau lager is de master bedroom met en-suite badkamer (met douche), en nog eens 2 slaapkamers die en badkamer delen (met douche). Deze 3 slaapkamers hebben allemaal schuifpui toegang tot het aangrenzende terras. Vanaf hier bereikt u het zwembad (8x4 meter) en het terras met ligstoelen.
Slaapkamer nummer 4 heeft een en-suite badkamer (met douche).
Deze villa heeft een semi-gezouten zwembad, dat betekent zacht water, geen chloor en geen rode ogen!
Eigen parkeerplaats ruimte voor één of twee auto's. U kunt ook gemakkelijk parkeren op straat aan de voorkant van de villa.

Villa Calamar voldoet aan al je wensen. De keukenapparaten zijn van uitstekende kwaliteit. Er is meer dan voldoende eetgerief en een goedwerkende gasbbq. Het uitzicht is prachtig. Je kan gemakkelijk te voet naar her strandje, het is evenwel vrij steibekijk meer
Villa Calamar voldoet aan al je wensen. De keukenapparaten zijn van uitstekende kwaliteit. Er is meer dan voldoende eetgerief en een goedwerkende gasbbq. Het uitzicht is prachtig. Je kan gemakkelijk te voet naar her strandje, het is evenwel vrij steil. In de strandbarretjes kan je heel lekker eten. Het zwembad is ideaal voor groot en klein. Wij hebben genoten met onze familiegroep! (14p).aanrader!

Alles zag er prima uit, alleen wat achterstallig onderhoud, maar dat vonden wij als groep geen probleem. Alle afstandsbedieningen van de airco's waren leeg, misschien vaker checken. Mooi zwembad en terras. Alles voldoende aanwezig in de keuken van glbekijk meer

Het sanitair (douche/bad) in de master bedroom is duidelijk aan vervanging toe.
Een beetje meer keukengerij ((bier/champagne)glazen, tassen, enz..) zou wel mogen.

Het huis was super schoon en op een mooie locatie. Wij hebben een gezellige tijd gehad in dit huis. Ik raad iedereen aan om hier te verblijven. De communicatie ging ook snel. Hele lieve mensen die dit huis verhuren. Het is wel nodig om een auto te hubekijk meer

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa war ein Traum für alle Gäste (4 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder). Das Haus ist prima eingerichtet, verfügt über alles was man zum täglichen Essen braucht - verfügt über ausreichend Gläser, Geschirr, Teller. Die Küche und der angrenzebekijk meer
Der Aufenthalt in der Villa war ein Traum für alle Gäste (4 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder). Das Haus ist prima eingerichtet, verfügt über alles was man zum täglichen Essen braucht - verfügt über ausreichend Gläser, Geschirr, Teller. Die Küche und der angrenzende Vorratsraum ist goldwert. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und einladend, man fühlt sich gleich zu Hause. Der Weg zum Strand ist zwar steil, aber trotz vielem Gepäck und Kinder gut zu erreichen - wir haben den Weg fast täglich (mehrfach) auf uns genommen und nicht bereut. Den Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Meer und den Pool haben wir täglich genossen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war toll, es gab immer eine schnelle Antwort und gute, klare Anweisungen. Wir waren gegen Ende der Saison, daher hatten bereits einige Restaurants zu, aber da die Küche und auch der Essbereich sehr grosszügig ist, haben wir abends auch gerne "daheim" gekocht. Danke für diese tolle Zeit. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre amis avec six enfants âgés entre 1 et 4 ans. Au départ nous avions un peu peur des escaliers et des rembardes des terrasses (barreaux assez espacés) mais la maison ainsi que la piscine sont sécurisées. La maibekijk meer
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre amis avec six enfants âgés entre 1 et 4 ans. Au départ nous avions un peu peur des escaliers et des rembardes des terrasses (barreaux assez espacés) mais la maison ainsi que la piscine sont sécurisées. La maison est extrêmement bien équipée, adaptée aux grands groupes. La climatisation est très appréciable en plein été. La localisation est parfaite avec la possibilité d'aller à pied à une très jolie plage avec un bar/resto de plage très sympa. Le quartier est calme. Les supermarchés sont à 5 min en voiture. Nous avons adoré notre séjour, petits et grands et nous recommandons cette villa sans hésitation !

However, downstairs bathrooms could have been cleaner and the showers flooded due to drainage issues.

WiFi signal was poor in all areas of the villa apart from the living room and kitchen. 4. very unusual checkout ask where we were required to remove all bed linen and place in the hallway??is this normal? 5. No outside bins provided, so we would have to walk a fair bit far to empty and put out the bin bags in the communal bins every evening all in all a great stay

Alles zag er prima uit, alleen wat achterstallig onderhoud, maar dat vonden wij als groep geen probleem. Alle afstandsbedieningen van de airco's waren leeg, misschien vaker checken. Mooi zwembad en terras. Alles voldoende aanwezig in de keuken van glbekijk meer

Als große Gruppe hatten wir alle genug Platz. Es war sehr sauberes Haus. Die Küche hat genug Geschirr und der Strand war sehr Nahe und schön. Der Schwimmingpool war sehr sauber auch.

The Villa, location and surroundings were amazing. The booking process and communication with the rental company was great and there were no big issues. The only comment I would like to mention was that the neighbors of the area were not so nice and bekijk meer

The only comment I would like to mention was that the neighbors of the area were not so nice and that they complained about noise when either: 1 it was during the day while we were doing team building activities or 2. When it wasn't our house throwing a party but the ones next to us. We received several complaints when it wasn't us making the noise.
Other than this, everything was great! |

Kids loved the pool. Morning sun shines to balcony during breakfast. Airconditioning in every room (coolers). One of the kids lost a special toy and the personnel chased it all the way to laundry company and sent it home to us! Excellent service!

We loved our stay at Villa Calamar. The house has a stunning view and beautiful swimming pool. We went there for a hen do, 11 girls. The house was big and comfortable enough to accommodate us all. Great place for a relaxing vacation.

Calamar villa was exactly as it was in the pictures .... everything was placed exactly where it was shown to be... the furniture was lovely and very convenient... the entire villa was very clean ... just a few odd leaves in the pool but other than thbekijk meer
Calamar villa was exactly as it was in the pictures .... everything was placed exactly where it was shown to be... the furniture was lovely and very convenient... the entire villa was very clean ... just a few odd leaves in the pool but other than that everything was spotless clean.... everything in the kitchen was working properly... we didn't get to use the safe since the staff was having a lilttle problem accessing the code to the safe... there were clean towels provided in different sizes and were placed on each bed when we arrived... we arrived after midnight and the key was placed in the safebox outside .. we were given the code to it before arriving so it was very easy to access the key and make our way in.... the villa has a few set of stairs leading to each floor in the property... the view from each balcony is breathtaking.... since the villa is on a curvy hill it is highly reccomended a car is used to get from the villa to the main road .... if ur fit enough to get down from the hill and then back up by foot then good luck for that!... the nearest supermarket will be a 15 min drive.... and nearest lidl will be 20 min drive.... we couldn't communicate with the staff at the taxi base due to the language barrier ( their english speaking skills were very poor ) we had to ask the villa staff to order the taxi for us and they were very helpfull and very propmt in doing that for us each and every time.... the staff have a contact number... they are so kind... so prompt in contacting... they have amazing customer service... the beach is very close to the villa since its on the coastline....absolutely loved our stay at calamar villa!!!

The villa was amazing, we were a total of 12 people, big kids and adults, perfect with their own pool, a little further to Blanes than illuminated. We saw that the relay went at least once a day, otherwise everything was perfect. Close to Barcelona.

The location of the house was really great and we enjoyed the pool and beach. The kitchen was very well equiped. When I had a problem with the hot water, as soon as I let you know you acted quickly and sent someone to fix the problem.

The main living area was a bit small at night as the weather was a bit cold in the evenings so we could not use the balcony. We had no english station on the TV which would have been handy for the children, but overall we had a lovely time and enjoyebekijk meer

Das Haus bietet alles, was man für den Urlaub braucht. An Ausstattung mangelte es an gar nichts. Alleine der Ausblick schon am frühen Morgen war gemial. 2Autos am Carport und 2 Autos auf der Strasse war gut gemacht. Wie man ja auf den Bildern schon sbekijk meer
Das Haus bietet alles, was man für den Urlaub braucht. An Ausstattung mangelte es an gar nichts. Alleine der Ausblick schon am frühen Morgen war gemial. 2Autos am Carport und 2 Autos auf der Strasse war gut gemacht. Wie man ja auf den Bildern schon sehen kann, ist es hier sehr steil. Bergab kein Problem, ...nach dem Strandbad zur Wohnung schon etwas mühseelig mit Badegepäck. Dafür kann man aber auch mit dem Auto runter zum Parkplatz fahren und gegen Gebühr relativ nahe am Strand sein. Wie gesagt eine sehr große Terasse die einfach nur genial ist. Was uns nicht so gefallen hat ist, ... dass man nur durch die 3 Schlafzimmer zum Pool gelangen kann. Zudem sind die Zimmertüren nicht abschließbar. Aber da wir als Großfamilie unterwegs waren, war dies auch kein größeres Problem. Kommunikation mit Besitzer/ Verwalter war bestens. Wir besuchten auch die Umliegenden Städte und es stand fest, dass Tossa de Mar ein Highlight war und ist das wir gleich mehrmals besuchen mussten. Restaurants wie Pizzaria nicht unweit vom Haus ( max 4 Autominuten ) war sehr gut. Also doch sehr zu empfehlen dieses Haus.

A very nice house, bathrooms for all bedrooms except two who shared a bathroom. Good kitchen and fabulous terraces for socializing. Nice pool with sun beds. Wonderful beaches below the house admittedly a bit to go and quite steep but ok exercise. Howbekijk meer

We were three families in this house. We all loved the view and the pool. The beach (which was excellent) was in walking distance which was very nice. Living room was a bit small for 14 people.
Can also recommend Gnome park with kids, especially wibekijk meer
