Zeer compleet tot in detail, van kinderbedje/stoel tot ijsblokjesmaker, alles is er. Prachtig sanitair (4 badkamers), zeer complete keuken, mooie en stijlvolle ruimtes. Luxe uitstraling, prachtig uitzicht. Voldoende mogelijkheden om met grotere groepbekijk meer
Zeer compleet tot in detail, van kinderbedje/stoel tot ijsblokjesmaker, alles is er. Prachtig sanitair (4 badkamers), zeer complete keuken, mooie en stijlvolle ruimtes. Luxe uitstraling, prachtig uitzicht. Voldoende mogelijkheden om met grotere groep (wij waren met 9 volwassenen en 2 peuters van bijna 3) samen te eten en spelletjes te doen en gewoon heerlijk samen te zijn. We hebben zelfs gedanst op het terras. Daarnaast altijd wel ergens een plekje om je even terug te trekken om te lezen of te luieren. Strand op 5 min lopen en nog dichterbij een heerlijk groot zwembad, incl ruim peuterbad, en ligstoelen, speeltuintje, tennisbaan. Diverse supermarkten 10 min met de auto. Support door verhuurder, sleuteloverdracht, arrival instructions: vlekkeloos. Met peuters is het even opletten met de vele trapjes en het zwembad bij de villa, maar dat heeft ons niet belemmerd om écht te genieten.

Onze groep van 10 personen verbleef in de villa, wat een toplocatie! Met de perfecte ligging in de buurt van het zandstrand, de club met groot zwembad op loopafstand en natuurlijk het eigen zwembad met super luxe villa hierbij hebben we genoten van ebekijk meer

The outdoor stools and benches are a bit wobbly.

We had barbecue almost every night and the grill is in need of some renovation. Something that matter us a lot was that we every day had to go with our garbage 1km to a local garbage station. All The neighbours had dustbin at the houses. Also talked with a neighbour who wondered why everyone in this house always was carrying on garbage bags. We can really recommend this house!

We had a super holiday at Villa Las Brisas in June 2023. We were a large family group of eight adults of various ages. We enjoyed the table tennis and table football and made use of the large pool and tennis facilities at the club nearby. There was plenty of room for everyone, although eating inside altogether might have been a problem. The local beach has great facilities and is only a few minutes walk downhill. We needed to contact Coastal Villas about a couple of issues during our stay and they couldn't have been more helpful.

A fabulous villa. Very modern and clean. We were a family group of 13 and there was plenty of space. Lovely clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Air con is included in the price. We would definitely return.

To improve it would be great if there were cleaning materials. There was nothing in the villa, we had to buy it all in. There is also a very low wall on the patio with a long drop drop to the pool area which is not great for young children. Due the tbekijk meer

Villa is lovely. However not very suitable for young children. There is nothing in walking distance except one restaurant and the beach. The villa came with no instructions on how to use the oven etc which wasn’t helpful. The hose and brushes on the bekijk meer

We loved the location near the beach and restaurant.
It had loads of space to accommodate nine adults comfortably and not feel crowded.

Midweek ‘cleaning’ consisted of mopping the kitchen floor and one bathroom!
Extra towels would have been useful.

Our family group comprised of 11 people aged 1 to70. The Villa is of a beautiful contemporary design, very pleasing to the eye. The furnishings were 1st class. Beautiful Bathrooms. Luxury Kitchen fitments.

(so good that we are buying the gagganeu coffee machine as the coffee was so brilliant). We loved the football machine in the lounge and table tennis room on the same floor as the pool. The pool was a good size with plenty of good quality sun beds. Attractive gardens, maintained weekly by gardeners. We had an internal flying ant problem during our stay and the managing agents sent out a pest control company to manage the problem, and accompanied them to the villa. Enormous garage which easily housed our large 9 seater hired Mercedes. The club parking opposite was also useful for our villa as it is so close. A Perfect property, managed by Coastal Villas. Thank you |
