Villa Destiny is een prachtige ruime villa gelegen in een rustige woonwijk, nabij het centrum van het levendige kustplaatsje Calella.
In 15 minuten lopen of 3 minuten rijden bereikt u alle voorzieningen: strand, boulevard, winkels, restaurants en supermarkten.
Geniet van het grote zandstrand van Calella met vele strandbars en watersportactiviteiten. Voor degenen die op zoek zijn naar meer afgelegen stranden, liggen de prachtige kleine baaitjes van Sant Pol de Mar tussen rotsen en dennen op slechts 5 minuten rijden.
Barcelona is gemakkelijk bereikbaar met de trein die om de 30 minuten vanuit Calella vertrekt of met de auto (45min).
U komt Villa Destiny binnen via de carport, die u naar de parkeerplaats in de buitenlucht brengt voor 3 auto's. Meer auto's kunnen op de straat voor de villa geparkeerd worden.
Vanaf hier komt u in de voormalige garage die is omgebouwd tot een grote reserve eetruimte met een kitchenette. Ideaal voor kinderen om spelletjes te spelen of jongeren om een eigen plekje te hebben. In deze ruimte is er een complete badkamer aangepast voor gehandicapten / rolstoel.
Een verdieping hoger ligt de begane grond waar zich de grote hal bevindt. Vanuit de hal heeft u toegang tot de woonkamer aan de ene kant en directe toegang tot het zwembad. Aan de andere kant van de hal heeft u toegang tot de aparte eetkamer en de grote moderne volledig uitgeruste keuken. Apart toilet op deze verdieping.
In de tuin kunt u genieten van het privézwembad, de buiteneettafel, de barbecue en de lounge hoek.
De hele buitenruimte is prachtig ingericht om overdag te genieten van het zwembad en s’avonds heerlijk te ontspannen tijdens de warme zomeravonden.
Op de eerste verdieping zijn er vier slaapkamers en drie badkamers:

Important for us was that enough inside + outside furnitures are available ( big tables, enough chairs and sun beds etc. ). A highway is closed by, so you will hear a bit noise during the daytime, but the house has good windows - you hear nothing inside and it was not disturbing us outside / daytime. The communication with the hoster was fast and friendly. We can recommend the house.

Perfect AC and very attentive support from the villa management when needed. We enjoyed all the different spaces from watching the European Championship finals in football in the living room on a large sceen, to barbecuing and chilling by the pool. Restaurants and beaches are within walking distance but we recommend renting a car, if you want to go food shopping or go to other beaches. All in all, a great place to stay, we recommend!

Fantastic house. Plenty of space for 14 people, both outdoor and communal areas. We particularly liked the location. Walking distance to the town centre, yet remote enough to be peaceful and not overlooked.

We stayed here from July 10th, 2021 to Juy 24th, 2021. We (a group of 4 families) enjoyed our stay very much. We were impressed by the size of the house and the facilities. Good Wifi and the Airco was perfect. There is a washroom in the attic with a bekijk meer
We stayed here from July 10th, 2021 to Juy 24th, 2021. We (a group of 4 families) enjoyed our stay very much. We were impressed by the size of the house and the facilities. Good Wifi and the Airco was perfect. There is a washroom in the attic with a washer, dryer and an iron. The pool is located on the far end of the yard. The pool is in the sun most time of the day. On the other side of the house there is a big bbq which we also used nearly every day. All windows have shutters so it will be very dark if you shut them.
there are 2 refrigerators. One in the basement and one on the first floor in the kitchen. In the basement there is a second kitchen fully equipped with oven, dishwasher and sink. The House is located within a few minutes of the center (by car) but if you walk it is about 10 minutes. The hill is not too steep. On the bottom of the mountain there is a health center located (Centre Mèdic Creu Groga) you can take your Covid-19 test to travel back home. In regard to cleaning: The sheets got cleaned once a week. Both cleaning ladies had mouthmasks. the yard was cleaned once a week, also by a gardener with mouthmask. Regarding entertainment: on the first floor there is a livingroom with a large tv. The kitchen is equiped with a big tv The diningroom has a big tv Basketball rim. Big parking for 4-5 cars with automatic gate. Good service by Coastal Villas. |

(basement there is no wifi available) The big tree needs to be trimmed. Too much shade and to many needs. Also the pinecones are dropping every now and then and can harm someone if they fall on your head. (they are quite big) |
