Villa Margot is een typisch Mediterraans huis gelegen in een rustige woonwijk, op slechts 1 km van het strand en het centrum van de stad.
De woning is gelegen op een groot perceel van 3200m2, waar u zult genieten van de zeer grote tuin. Ideaal voor gezinnen met kinderen (en huisdieren)!
Grote tuin met overdekt terras, met buiten eettafel, BBQ area en kinder speeltuintje!
Privé zwembad (compleet vernieuwd in 2022!) met ligstoelen.
Op de begane grond bevindt zich de woonkamer met eettafel, grote bank, TV en air conditioning. Volledig ingerichte keuken met een andere eethoek.
Zowel de woonkamer als de keuken hebben directe toegang tot de tuin en het overdekte terras.
Op deze verdieping is er een aparte wasruimte met wasmachine en droger.
Eén 4-persoons slaapkamer (2 bedden die bij elkaar geschoven kunnen worden + dubbele slaapbank). Deze kamer heeft een plafond ventilator en heeft directe toegang tot de tuin, ideaal voor kinderen. Apart toilet.
Op de eerste verdieping bevinden zich 5 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers, alle slaapkamers hebben toegang tot een balkon:

Lovely spacious villa, plenty of space and almost all rooms have air conditioning. The outdoor area is well looked after with a bbq and large area to dine and sunbathe. The pool is very clean and gets lots of sunshine. The house is on a bit of a hillbekijk meer

The house is on a bit of a hill so best for people who are happy to walk up and it’s about 20 mins walk into Calella and a further 10-15 mins on to the train station. Overall we had an enjoyable stay in this villa.

The garden down by the pool area has a steep cliff drop. The fence only covers a certain part of the garden border, i think it would be much safer and give added peace of mind if the fence was covering the remaining part of the garden.

Convenient place to stay with family and friends with the large rooms and bathrooms, lots of areas to chill with kids ( just have to be careful near the cliffs), a super chill pool area, a full kitchen, and various zones for spending time with family outside and inside. Big thank you to the host, she was very responsive and proactive in communication. We would love to come back next year and would recommend this place to others too!

Tolles Haus mit viel Umschwung, Klimaanlage in fast allen Zimmern, Küche mit guter Einrichtung. Einfahrt eher steil und daher nicht für tiefere Autos geeignet. Haben dann auf der Strasse davor parkiert was niemanden zu stören schien. Kommunikation, Cbekijk meer

La maison était très spacieuse. Nous étions 10 adultes et 4 enfants. Nous ne nous marchions pas dessus, il y avait suffisamment d’espace. La maison est un peu en hauteur, le retour de la plage ou de la ville peut être un peu long si on est chargé maibekijk meer
