Pequeña y acogedora casa antigua de pescadores dentro de las murallas de la popular localidad de Tossa de Mar. A tan solo 100m de su preciosa playa y el centro del pueblo con su paseo y muchas tiendas y restaurantes.
El área dentro de las murallas de la ciudad es peatonal por lo que el acceso a la casa es a pie. Una vez instalado, se puede ir andando a todos los sitios. Si tiene coche, dispone de una plaza de parking privada a 400m de la casa en un garaje cubierto, es una plaza para coche mediano.
Se accede a la casa por la terraza/patio con mesa de comer exterior y bonitas vistas al mar y al paseo.
En la planta baja se encuentra el salón con TV y mesa de comedor. Pequeña cocina renovada y totalmente equipada.
En la primera planta encontrará el dormitorio con una cama doble. Baño totalmente renovado con ducha. Otra vez vistas al mar y a la localidad!
Tossa de Mar es un destino de playa muy bonito, pequeño y tranquilo que atrae principalmente a familias. Muchas actividades de deportes acuáticos y numerosos restaurantes de calidad, tanto de tapas como de marisco y pescado fresco.

Super kompleet huis op geweldige locatie. Ook garage was prima, zelfs voor onze toyota carolla ts met fietsenrek er achter. Er is nog een tweede in en uitgang zonder dat je 2 lagen moet dalen. Deze is echter na 12 uur in een voetgangersgebied. Wij ziver más

Deze is echter na 12 uur in een voetgangersgebied. Wij zijn er alleen in de ochtend uit vertrokken. Afstandbediening nr 3 en 2. Tossa is zeer de moeite waard.

La casa tiene un emplazamiento increíble con una vistas geniales a la playa. Está bien equipada en todos los aspectos y muy céntrica tanto para disfrutar de la parte antigua de Tossa como de la playa. El único inconveniente que le vimos es llegar y sver más

Está bien equipada en todos los aspectos y muy céntrica tanto para disfrutar de la parte antigua de Tossa como de la playa. El único inconveniente que le vimos es llegar y salir de allí con el equipaje porque al estar ubicada dentro de la muralla y aunque el parking esta cerca, se hace costoso. Nos parece importante saberlo de antemano, para mentalizarse de ello. Por lo demás, nuestra estancia estuvo genial!

c'est la deuxième fois que nous louons cet appartement au cœur de la cité médiévale et nous avons passé à nouveau un excellent séjour. Les explications de Costa Villa sont précises pour l'accès au parking et l'accès à l'appartement. La borne automativer más
c'est la deuxième fois que nous louons cet appartement au cœur de la cité médiévale et nous avons passé à nouveau un excellent séjour. Les explications de Costa Villa sont précises pour l'accès au parking et l'accès à l'appartement. La borne automatique qui a été installée pour limiter l'accès au village avec un véhicule n'est pas un inconvénient pour le parking, il suffit d'appeler en appuyant sur l'interphone et après quelques secondes la borne s'abaisse. l'appartement est proche de la plage et des commerces. Nous recommendons.

Petite maison dans la vieille ville avec une terrasse agréable et une jolie vue, parking fermé distant d'environs 400 m, bien voir les instructions pour les clefs avec l'agence, plutôt pour deux personnes en bon état de santé car le site est ravissant mais la montée médiévale ( pas de serfs pour les bagages), le voisinage des remparts, des vieilles maisons, du phare, d'Ava, apporte beaucoup de charme au séjour. |

J'ai passé un magnifique séjour à Tossa, ville charmante. J'ai énormément apprécié votre réactivité et votre écoute à mon égard lors des questions que j'ai pu vous soumettre. Votre accueil et vos attentions ont montrés votre amabilité et professionnalisme . L'emplacement de cet appartement au sein même de la citadelle est unique. Une vue magnifique dominant sur Tossa ville et la mer. Cet appartement est tout à fait conforme au descriptif, associé à cela une grande propreté. La plage n'est pas loin, le calme le soir. Le parking fermé pour le véhicule à 5m à pieds de l'appartement est très pratique car les emplacements pour se garer sont assez éloignés. Je me ferai un plaisir de recommander à mes amis ce magnifique petit appartement dont l'emplacement est unique. Au plaisir de revenir prochainement chez vous. MH

Coastal Villas should have informed us that we could have gone straight to the villa rather than needing to go to the office. Also, Coastal Villas should provide transportation to this villa because it was very hard to find and difficult hauling lugver más

Petit bémol manque la climatisation, car région très chaude et a l étage pas d ouverture suffisante pour créer une ventilation et rafraîchir la maison.

The apartment was located perfectly, where we dreamed about.
With two small kids I was able to have fun at one of the two close beaches and come back home for a shower and siesta, so no need to stay on beach whole day.

Worth to mention that washing machine was also installed there. The underground garage was not so far as we thought initially, but be very careful with bigger car (widelong), as it is quite difficult to get in and out from there and street gate closes without infra-red sensor (only timing), so don't spend too much time on manoeuvringkeep your finger on remote control to protect your car from damage from gate. An internet service (included in the room price) and small local BBQ would be definitively a big advantage on top of others. |

One of the most exciting parts of this house was that it is within the walls of the citadel. The house is made of stones and retains a cool temperature during the heat of summer (but remember to close the blinds during the day!).

One of the most exciting parts of this house was that it is within the walls of the citadel. The house is made of stones and retains a cool temperature during the heat of summer (but remember to close the blinds during the day!).
Location: right in the heart of the city. Everything is nearby. Restaurants are 2 mins walking, and the beach is only 5 mins away! No cars within citadel walls, which makes it quiet and peaceful. The beach: clean and nice. Not too many people, which is nice. Cleaning: A cleaning lady comes once a week to tidy up the place and provide clean sets of linen and towels. If you need more than what's provided, they're extremely helpful and will attend to that. Overall: I highly, highly recommend this house! Was an excellent experience! |
