Situada en la tranquila zona residencial de Cala de Santa Cristina, cerca de Blanes. La playa se encuentra a 10 minutos a pie de la casa.
Al nivel de la calle hay un garaje con puerta automática para 1 coche.
A un nivel superior encontrará una grande terraza, ideal como zona de juegos para niños. Después encontrará la terraza de la piscina privada con tumbonas y sombrilla.
La villa tiene un gran salón con una cómoda zona de estar, mesa de comedor y puertas correderas a la terraza con impresionantes vistas al mar. La terraza que rodea la casa tiene sombrillas y sillas lounge. Además en esta planta se encuentra la cocina totalmente equipada con salida a otra terraza con muebles de jardín, una sombrilla y una barbacoa Weber.
2 dormitorios dobles comparten un cuarto de baño con ducha.
El dormitorio principal se encuentra en una planta superior. Cuenta con armarios empotrados y un baño en- suite con ducha. Esta habitación tiene vistas al mar desde un balcón privado con tumbonas.
Desde una escalera se accede a la última planta donde se encuentra el 4º dormitorio con 2 camas, y una tercera cama tipo plegatín. Tercer baño con ducha.
Todos los dormitorios tienen aire acondicionado.

Not a fault of the villa but the building work next door did ruin slightly our holiday. It made staying home at the villa during the day almost impossible due to the noise which started at 8am and finished at 5pm - with no siesta time.

Both the house and garden/terraces/pool area were immaculate.
The Villa is in a quiet area, about 10 mins walk to a lovely beach. There are a couple of small restaurants at the beach, but when we were there (early June) they are only open at lunchtime. |

The only thing is that the propriety is a little bit far from any stores and you have to go up to the hill, but we had an impressive view. 23/08/2017 The walk to the beach was not as bad as I thought it was going to be! Although it is quite a steep climb, it is only 10 minutes. And it is a very lovely beach. Very busy in August.

Fridge/freezer was not working properly. A second, small fridge for drinks would be useful.

Another big positive point is the possibility to go to Barcelona by train. Cheap and useful. |
