Desde todas las plantas tiene vistas panorámicas del Mediterráneo, el bosque de pinos de la playa y la encantadora capilla de Santa Cristina.
La casa ha sido renovada a finales de 2017 con suelos nuevos, mobiliario y una cocina completamente nueva.
Se accede a la villa por la planta superior.
Aquí se encuentra la sala de estar con Smart TV y zona de comedor. A través de puertas correderas se accede al gran balcón con muebles de comer exterior y toldo automático.
Cocina totalmente equipada. WC separado.
En esta planta hay un dormitorio doble con cabina de ducha y pica.
Un piso más abajo está el dormitorio principal con cuarto de baño en-suite (con bañera). La vista del mar desde la cama es impresionante!
Otro dormitorio con 2 camas individuales. Tercer dormitorio doble con puertas correderas para el acceso directo a la piscina.
Segundo cuarto de baño con bañera.
Cuarto de lavado con lavadora y plancha.
Todas las habitaciones tienen armarios empotrados y aire acondicionado.
Desde el balcón se llega al jardín, piscina privada (7x3m) con tumbonas y segunda terraza con zona chill out y barbacoa.
Esta villa cuenta con una piscina semi-salada. Esto significa que el agua es blanda, sin cloro y sin provocar ojos irritados!
Dispone de calefacción central en toda la villa para los meses de temporada baja.
Las playas de Cala de Santa Cristina y Cala Treumal están a 400 metros; a 10 minutos a pie o 2 minutos en coche.
Plaza de aparcamiento privado al aire libre para 1 coche y amplio espacio de aparcamiento en la calle tranquila para más coches.

En arrivant à la villa nous n'avons absolument pas été déçus car elle est conforme à la description. En entrant dans la grande pièce à vivre la vue sur la baie est exceptionnelle (valable aussi pour la vue de le suite parentale). La villa est agréablver más
En arrivant à la villa nous n'avons absolument pas été déçus car elle est conforme à la description. En entrant dans la grande pièce à vivre la vue sur la baie est exceptionnelle (valable aussi pour la vue de le suite parentale). La villa est agréable à vivre et agencée de telle sorte que chacun peut avoir son intimité et ses moments de calme. Nous avons vivement apprécié la décoration soignée. Tout est fait pour que que l'on se sente comme chez soi. Rien ne manque. Juste une petite remarque concernant la localisation : attention la villa et les alentours ne sont pas adaptés aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Il y a beaucoup d'escaliers. Et pour aller à la plage, la descente est très raide. Plutôt facile à descendre mais pour remonter c'est plus difficile ) Cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un séjour très agréable. N'hésitez pas à passer par Coastalvillas pour vos vacances. Sonia a été très réactive dans nos échanges. Nous avons également été gâtés avec une surprise à l'arrivée ET au départ (vin local). Merci Sonia.

Het zwembad en het terras met zonneluifel hebben zeker een meerwaarde. Van 's morgens tot 's avonds leef je daar buiten. Hou je van de zon of zit je graag in de schaduw alles is mogelijk! Slaapkamers met airco is zeker ook een pluspunt. De 3 badkamerver más

15/06/22 This was really incredible. The moment we enter the house we were blown away. And everything we asked for was arranged such as a baby bed and a baby chair. We stayed for 2 weeks with 7 persons and the house was big enough for a comfortable stay. Hopefully we can go more often.. Thank you very much!! PS.. The wine was very nice.

11/08/2021 Zeer goede locatie met een geweldig uitzicht over de zee en twee strandjes. Bij aankomst was het huis zeer schoon. Het huis ziet er van binnen mooier uit dan je van buiten zou vermoeden. Gezellig ingericht! Heel fijn terras. Volgende keer wel weer een huis met zwembad op zelfde niveau. En jammer dat de buurman soms aan het klussen was met boren en timmeren.

Sommige schuifdeuren en rolluiken sloten slecht en er waaien veel beestjes in het zwembad omdat de haag er kort op staat. Ook buiten stopcontacten zouden prettig zijn. Maar zijn kleinigheden, want we hebben een topvakantie gehad.

Wij hebben in dit huis een geweldige vakantie gehad. Bij aankomst stond een fles wijn klaar, en er was in elke badkamer een setje met o.a. douchegel, shampoo en zeep. Aan het einde van onze vakantie troffen we bij de voordeur een fles cava aan. Alleever más

We had an uncoated Mediterranean views from the house's three levels. The pool with saltwater is highly recommended, and we feel in every way that our stay in the villa was fantastic and fully lived up to our expectations.
