Villa El Olivo está situada en la hermosa bahía residencial de alto standing de Cala Sant Francesc en Blanes, Costa Brava.
La villa está situada en una parcela llana, donde podrá disfrutar del jardín privado con ambiente idílico, zona de piscina, terraza, cocina y salón, todo al mismo nivel! Ideal para familias con niños que quieren estar cerca de la playa, y también disfrutar de la piscina privada y jardín.
La playa está a tan sólo 300 metros, un paseo de 10 minutos o 2 minutos en coche. Puede aparcar su coche gratuitamente en el parking privado para propietarios cerca de la playa. La playa tiene un restaurante, duchas, actividades acuáticas y socorrista.
Se accede a la casa por la planta superior. Aparque su coche en la propiedad a través de un portón automatizado.
En esta planta se encuentra el dormitorio principal con cuarto de baño en-suite (con ducha), aire acondicionado y acceso al balcón.
Segundo dormitorio con dos camas, aire acondicionado y acceso al balcón con bonitas vistas al mar!
Tercer dormitorio con 2 camas individuales (este es el único dormitorio sin aire).

- La bienvenida: hemos echado de menos que nos hubieran explicado detalles del funcionamiento de las instalaciones.
- Estado de la casa: falta de limpieza (arañas por todos los techos), desagües atascados de ducha y lavabo, camas sin acabar de hacerver más

- Estado de la casa: falta de limpieza (arañas por todos los techos), desagües atascados de ducha y lavabo, camas sin acabar de hacer y sábanas más pequeñas que los colchones, el termostato de planta baja fuera de funcionamiento y al final tuvimos que arreglarlo pagando material de nuestro bolsillo para repararlo y tener una temperatura en la casa adecuada, poca intimidad por falta de cortinas. - Aparcamiento: teniendo entrada de coches la casa no pudimos entrar nuestro coche porque no se nos facilitó el mando para abrirla nosotros llegamos lloviendo y tuvimos que descargar todas nuestras cosas desde el exterior y así varios días. |

Cualquiera de estos problemas los habríamos solucionado el mismo día, ya fuera enviando la chica de limpieza o de mantenimiento. Referente al aparcamiento, como descrito en las instrucciones de llegada, la puerta se abre y se cierra manualmente. De nuevo sentimos no haber recibido sus noticias durante su estancia y por lo tanto no haber podido ayudarle. Saludos cordiales CoastalVillas |

The bedrooms are all very individually furnished, there is enough storage space and all but one room have air conditioning, which is very pleasant, especially in summer. The 2 normal-sized and one smaller bathrooms are all well equipped, additional radiators are installed for the colder seasons, and a hairdryer is available. The spacious living/dining room invites you to linger by the fireplace on cooler days and, with its different corners, offers many different seating and lounge options. The 2 beautiful terraces with a wonderful view of the sea offer the opportunity to enjoy the Catalan sun and unwind at any time of day. The very well-kept garden, with the small but sufficient pool for cooling off, contributes to the wonderful flair of the villa with its pine trees and Mediterranean plants. The sea, which can be reached via a short walk, is very clean, as is the beach. The Cala Bona restaurant, located right on the beach, is a wonderful place to eat and drink authentically, and all within walking distance. We had a perfect holiday with 8 people and will be guests in this very beautiful house again this year, for the 6th time. We give it 5 stars... |

Given we were a party of six in a villa advertised for eight this was disappointing. The aircon is available in the bedrooms only but worked well.

Une villa vraiment bien agencée, des pieces vraiment grandes et agréables à vivre (un coté de la maison est contre le jardin, sous le niveau de la terre, la fraicheur est donc agréable). La vue est époustouflante. Et surtout un bonheur pour les enfanver más
Une villa vraiment bien agencée, des pieces vraiment grandes et agréables à vivre (un coté de la maison est contre le jardin, sous le niveau de la terre, la fraicheur est donc agréable). La vue est époustouflante. Et surtout un bonheur pour les enfants d'avoir pu jouer à la balançoire face à la mer, sans parler du hamac entre les arbres également face aux vagues. L'acces à la plage est plus rapide qu'indiqué (10 min max à pied). Le lieu est vraiment très calme, et en juillet/aout, pour les courageux levés avant 9h la plage est vraiment déserte (nombreux récifs et beaucoup de poissons pour le snorkeling). Grand choix de supermarché à 10 min max, et très joli jardin botanique à 5 min (avec une vue magnifique sur une petite crique). Encore merci! :)

This villa is perfect for a family holiday strolls down to the beach for a swima sardine breakfast at the beach bar, not too far to walk into town for dinner either. There is a fabulous view and the garden is big enough for a game of bat and ball. The pool is a little small for serious swimmers but the sea is close enough for that and had a life guard during the day. The villa is very spacious with all you need to create family meals, to be enjoyed on the terrace with its beautiful view. I should mention that the fourth bedroom downstairs is an ensuite but the room itself is tiny, barely enough room to move around the bed. There is also a lack of comfortable seating in the living area.

We loved the location and quality of the villa. All the furniture and equipment was of a good standard and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable.
Access to the beach club was a bonus, especially the car park near the beach.

We loved the snorkelling in the cove but make sure you wear rock shoes as the rocks are sharp and there are a lot of sea urchins. The coastal villas team were professional and very helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. |

One comment on the layout is the sizes of the bedrooms. The master suite is enormous at the expense of the other bedrooms which were small and airless during the recent heatwave. (Fans supplied did help a lttle, though aircon would have been nice in this standard of accommodation). If you were a party of several couples holidaying together it would have been hard to allocate rooms! |

Het huis had alles wat we nodig hadden, was proper, helemaal nieuw en lag op de ideale locatie tov de zee. Een echte aanrader ! Een tip : er lag een handig boekje met veel informatie over restaurants e.d. maar het zou perfect zijn als er wat meer instructies specifiek over het huis zelf lagen (bv. hangmat hebben we pas de laatste dag gevonden, toegangspoort gaat manueel open ipv met afstandsbediening, er is geen safe in het huis, welk type capsules moet je kopen voor het espresso-apparaat ...). Maar we zouden zonder dit ook helemaal opnieuw weer voor dit huis kiezen. Bedankt Sofia voor de hulp bij het boeken en tijdens onze vakantie.
