Villa Destiny es una amplia y elegante villa situada en una tranquila zona residencial, muy cerca del centro de Calella, ideal para familias que buscan espacio, comodidad y una excelente ubicación.
En tan solo 15 minutos a pie o 3 minutos en coche se llega a todos los servicios: playa, tiendas, restaurantes y supermercados.
Ubicación privilegiada
Calella cuenta con una extensa playa de arena, chiringuitos y una amplia oferta de deportes acuáticos. Para quienes prefieren playas más tranquilas y naturales, las preciosas calas de Sant Pol de Mar, rodeadas de rocas y pinos, se encuentran a solo 5 minutos en coche.
Barcelona es fácilmente accesible tanto en tren (salidas cada 30 minutos desde Calella) como en coche, con un trayecto aproximado de 45 minutos, lo que convierte a la villa en una excelente base para explorar la costa y la ciudad.

El acceso a la propiedad se realiza a través de una puerta automática, con espacio de aparcamiento exterior dentro de la finca para hasta 3 coches. También es posible aparcar más vehículos en la calle frente a la villa.

Desde el aparcamiento se accede a un amplio espacio originalmente concebido como garaje, actualmente habilitado como zona polivalente con comedor y pequeña cocina. Es un espacio ideal para que los niños jueguen, como zona independiente para adolescentes o para disfrutar de una copa por la noche.
En este nivel se encuentra también un baño completo adaptado para personas con movilidad reducida o sillas de ruedas.
Planta principal
Un piso más arriba se sitúa la planta principal de la vivienda, a la que se accede a través de un amplio hall de entrada.
Desde aquí se llega al salón, equipado con dos cómodos sofás y TV de pantalla plana, con acceso directo a la zona exterior y la piscina.
Al otro lado del hall se encuentra el comedor acristalado y una gran cocina moderna totalmente equipada. En esta planta hay también un aseo de cortesía.
El jardín exterior está cuidadosamente mantenido y ofrece una piscina privada, mesa de comedor exterior, barbacoa y una agradable zona chill out, perfecta para disfrutar del día y relajarse durante las cálidas noches de verano.

La villa est conforme à l'annonce et aux photos. Elle est très agréable, spacieuse et permet de passer un séjour très confortable à 14 personnes. La climatisation fonctionne très bien dans les chambres. Le logement est globalement propre et l'hôte a été très réactif quand nous avons eu un problème avec une poignée qui a été réparée dès le lendemain. Seul bémol en terme d'équipement : peu de produits de base pour cuisiner et trop peu de gel douche/shampooing/papier toilette pour la totalité des voyageurs et du séjour. La villa est située sur une colline qui permet d'avoir une jolie vue sur la mer. Attention : il faut 15 minutes de montée sportive pour rejoindre la villa depuis la ville ou la plage. L'environnement est calme quand on est dans la maison mais Calella manque de charme à cause des immeubles et hôtels de tourisme.

Important for us was that enough inside + outside furnitures are available ( big tables, enough chairs and sun beds etc. ). A highway is closed by, so you will hear a bit noise during the daytime, but the house has good windows - you hear nothing inside and it was not disturbing us outside / daytime. The communication with the hoster was fast and friendly. We can recommend the house.

We were three families with kids from 9-17 years old (14 ppl) staying for a week in July. It's a well equipped villa, and very spacious. Perfect AC and very attentive support from the villa management when needed. We enjoyed all the different spaces from watching the European Championship finals in football in the living room on a large sceen, to barbecuing and chilling by the pool. Restaurants and beaches are within walking distance but we recommend renting a car, if you want to go food shopping or go to other beaches. All in all, a great place to stay, we recommend!

Fantastic house. Plenty of space for 14 people, both outdoor and communal areas. We particularly liked the location. Walking distance to the town centre, yet remote enough to be peaceful and not overlooked.

We stayed here from July 10th, 2021 to Juy 24th, 2021. We (a group of 4 families) enjoyed our stay very much. We were impressed by the size of the house and the facilities. Good Wifi and the Airco was perfect. There is a washroom in the attic with a washer, dryer and an iron. The pool is located on the far end of the yard. The pool is in the sun most time of the day. On the other side of the house there is a big bbq which we also used nearly every day. All windows have shutters so it will be very dark if you shut them.
there are 2 refrigerators. One in the basement and one on the first floor in the kitchen. In the basement there is a second kitchen fully equipped with oven, dishwasher and sink. The House is located within a few minutes of the center (by car) but if you walk it is about 10 minutes. The hill is not too steep. On the bottom of the mountain there is a health center located (Centre Mèdic Creu Groga) you can take your Covid-19 test to travel back home. In regard to cleaning: The sheets got cleaned once a week. Both cleaning ladies had mouthmasks. the yard was cleaned once a week, also by a gardener with mouthmask. Regarding entertainment: on the first floor there is a livingroom with a large tv. The kitchen is equiped with a big tv The diningroom has a big tv Basketball rim. Big parking for 4-5 cars with automatic gate. Good service by Coastal Villas. |

(basement there is no wifi available) The big tree needs to be trimmed. Too much shade and to many needs. Also the pinecones are dropping every now and then and can harm someone if they fall on your head. (they are quite big) |
