Villa Margot es una típica casa mediterránea situada en una zona residencial tranquila, a sólo 1 km de la playa y el centro de Calella.
La casa está situada en una gran parcela de 3200m2, donde podrá disfrutar del gran jardín. Ideal para familias con niños (y mascotas)!
Gran jardín exterior con terraza cubierta con mesa de comer exterior, zona barbacoa y parque infantil con columpio y tobogán.
Bajando el jardín encontrará la piscina privada (renovada en 2022) con zona de tumbonas.
En la planta baja se encuentra el salón con mesa de comedor, sofa, TV y aire acondicionado. Cocina totalmente equipada con otro rincón comedor.
Tanto el salón como la cocina tienen acceso directo al jardín y al porche.
Lavadero separado con lavadora y secadora.
Una habitación cuádruple (2 camas individuales que pueden juntarse + un sofa cama doble) con ventilador de techo. Esta habitación tiene acceso directo al jardín, ideal para niños.
WC separado con lavabo.
En la primera planta hay 5 habitaciones dobles y 3 baños completos, todas las habitaciones tienen acceso a un balcón.

La Costa Brava está a 20 minutos. Puede llegar a Barcelona y Girona en 45 minutos.

Lovely spacious villa, plenty of space and almost all rooms have air conditioning. The outdoor area is well looked after with a bbq and large area to dine and sunbathe. The pool is very clean and gets lots of sunshine. The house is on a bit of a hill so best for people who are happy to walk up and it’s about 20 mins walk into Calella and a further 10-15 mins on to the train station. Overall we had an enjoyable stay in this villa.

The garden down by the pool area has a steep cliff drop. The fence only covers a certain part of the garden border, i think it would be much safer and give added peace of mind if the fence was covering the remaining part of the garden.

Convenient place to stay with family and friends with the large rooms and bathrooms, lots of areas to chill with kids ( just have to be careful near the cliffs), a super chill pool area, a full kitchen, and various zones for spending time with family outside and inside. Big thank you to the host, she was very responsive and proactive in communication. We would love to come back next year and would recommend this place to others too!

It was inconvenient having to take the rubbish every day to the general waste and recycling. Some outside bins would have been very useful as we generated quite a lot and collection from the villa would have been ideal as we had no car. |
