Cuando entre en la Villa Mar Blau, se quedará impresionado de las preciosas vistas al mar Mediterráneo!
La casa está situada literalmente en las rocas sobre el mar, en la tranquila y exclusiva urbanización de Cala Canyelles.
La villa dispone de 2 plazas de parking.
Disfrute de las vistas al agua azul cristalino desde cualquier terraza o la piscina privada.
Bajando unas escaleras se accede a la entrada. La casa dispone de un salón amplio con 2 zonas de estar, mesa de comedor y vistas al mar de 180º. Amplia cocina totalmente equipada con salida directa a la terraza con una cocina de verano, mesa de comer exterior y rincón lounge. Aseo exterior.
A un nivel inferior encontrará la gran piscina privada con hamacas y, por supuesto, las fabulosas vistas.
La villa dispone de 5 dormitorios. Todos tienen balcón con vistas al mar, armarios empotrados y ventilador. Tres dormitorios disponen de aire acondicionado.
1ª planta:
- dormitorio con cama doble (con aire acondicionado). Baño en-suite con ducha.
- dormitorio con cama doble.
- dormitorio cuádruple con litera y dos camas individuales, ideal para niños.

Desde Coastal Villas siempre estuvieron predispuestos y atentos a solucionar los problemas antes comentados. El resto todo perfecto, la casa tiene una ubicación excelente junto al mar.

Beautiful setting, views to dream of and a natural experience in a coastal setting. We recommend this home to everyone, for us it was unforgettable. A special thanks to the owners who share their paradise with others. Just one slight concern, be aware there are lots of stairs and especially the access to the entry of the home requires good fitness and may not be suitable for everyone. All in all we are very happy to have booked and rented this great villa.

Myself, 6 other adults and two children spent the most wonderful 8 days in the Villa and we could not have been happier about the stay - it exceeded our every expectation.
The house itself is stunning and spacious. The outdoor area and the pool are great, with plenty of space, flowers, loungers, barbecue. There is a nice little beach, platja de Canyelles, a short walk away (around 10 minutes, follow the map in the pictures above not Google maps) where there are three restaurants/bars, it´s possible to rent sun loungers, rent a kayak, jet ski, boats and more The nearest towns of Lloret de mar and Tossa de mar are a short drive away, it´s also possible to take a bus there. I especially recoment Tossa, it´s a very charming little town. We also hiked to both towns from the villa. Both routes were beautiful, the one to Tossa a bit more challenging than the one to Lloret but both were great. I cannot recomend staying here enough - I absolutely loved it. Thank you so much for having us <3 |

And the well maintained garden with a purple bougainvillea gave it a rich appearance. A walk to the (quiet) sandy beach with nice restaurants is possible, though you have to climb 220 stairs. By car it's a 2 minute drive. We didn't see or hear much off the busy town of Lloret.

The location is great, and the view is unbeatable. The pool was the highlight for everyone, especially the kids. The pool temperature was perfect - refreshing but not too cold. The house had enough room for 4 families, and we utilized the outdoor eatver más
The location is great, and the view is unbeatable. The pool was the highlight for everyone, especially the kids. The pool temperature was perfect - refreshing but not too cold. The house had enough room for 4 families, and we utilized the outdoor eating space for every meal. The kitchen had all the basics we needed, and after reporting a very loose kitchen sink faucet, it was fixed quickly. The bedrooms were simple, but clean and with enough storage.

We had a heat wave during our stay with very little breeze, and many of the fans were not strong enough to make it comfortable when sleeping. The house would be ideal if there were ceiling fans, especially in the bedrooms.

With a few small(ish) investments/additions, I think you could actually charge more money for the weekly rental. Some suggestions: -Provide pool towels. We had to go out and buy these because only bath towels were provided. -Install ceiling fansadditional fans in closet for really hot weeks -Purchase outdoor table and chairs for terrace on 1st floor. This is a great space that is totally underutilized because there is nowhere to sit/lounge. -Get a new sofa and chairs in common area. They are a bit worn/shabby. Perhaps get a material that can better handle wear & kids. -Provide hair dryers in bathrooms -Leave instructions for using outdoor grill. It was a bit tricky to figure out at first. |

De rustige omgeving met de prachtige uitzichten. Goed bereikbaar en winkels in de nabijheid.
De sleutel was direct aanwezig en de kleine attenties van coastalvillas.

Warm water in de keuken is toch een noodzaak. De Barbecue was zo smerig en krijg je niet proper zonder heet water. Spijtig want een buitenkeuken op zo een locatie is toch super.
Ook het beddengoed, bijna niet aanwezig en moesten we de eerst wassenver más

Wat betreft het beddengoed, er was voor 8 personen beddengoed en handdoeken in de woning aanwezig. Volgens uw email was u met 3 pver más

Graag komen wij hierbij terug op uw beoordeling na uw verblijf in Villa Mar Blau. Wat betreft het beddengoed, er was voor 8 personen beddengoed en handdoeken in de woning aanwezig. Volgens uw email was u met 3 personen en een hondje. Het beddengoed komt van de wasserette, het verbaast ons dat dit niet schoon zo zijn. Uiteraard waren wij direct bij u langs gekomen om een en ander te corrigeren. Helaas heeft u tijdens uw verblijf geen melding gemaakt van deze problemen, waardoor het niet mogelijk is geweest deze voor u op te lossen. Met vriendelijke groet, |

The cleaning at arrival was not good. It seemed as if there had been dogs in the house hair everywhere, and it smelled bad, we had to open all doors and windows.

Maison bien faite et agréable a vivre. Nous avons été obliger d'appeller Coastalvillas car des problèmes d'usure dans la maison sont apparus ( fenêtre coincée, baignoire bouchée avec odeur d'égout ). Le personnel de Costalvillas est très facile a joiver más

Nous avons constater la veille du départ une fuite du toit dans la chambre de gauche du premier étage, ainsi que la présence de nombreuses fourmis sous le lit de la deuxième chambre du premier étage.
Donc il serait souhaitable d'entreprendre des travaux de rénovation car cela gâche le séjour dans cette maison pourtant si jolie et agréable. |

Surtout le barbecue inutilisable car grille cassée et et tonneau de cendres plein à ras bord impossible à évacuer ça pèse une tonne...mauvaise arrivée d´air allumage long et difficile...une plancha serait plus pratique et facile à installer... ver más

In the garden and on the terrace you do not see the neighbours and you can feel completely alone with a magnificent view along the coast. You can even see fish in the sea below!

Private car park - great in this area! Many outside sitting possibilties for any Kind of weather Would book it again - maybe even in winter |

Electric cooker is weak, so we had to use the gascooker outside ( which is fine to have... )the Barbecue if real heat was needed, dishwasher is also not really good.
Bed lights in the bedrooms are too bright.

This would have been better to know, so we could make our plans according to this An Access to the sea below would be really great While we stayed there the neighbours started constructing a new house - very early every morning Everything in the house seems a bit old and used. So the Internet and these "old and used" Thing is why it is not 5 star... I would say 4,5 stars... |

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Der Blick (aus jedem Zimmer) ist traumhaft. Die Bäder sind alle renoviert und wirklich auf neuestem Standard. Es gibt 4 Terrassen und somit Rückzugsmöglichkeiten genug. Der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar, auf dem Rückweg muss ver más

Auf der oberen großen Terrasse steht leider kein Terrassenmöbel. Ein Tisch mit 4 Stühlen oder auch Sonnenliegen wären super. Die Schirmständer sind nicht wirklich zu gebrauchen, somit ist Schatten rar und im Sommer ist das sicher ein Problem.

Just wanted to let you know... We had an issue with our water supply this evening and had to ring your emergency mobile number - your engineer was here within half an hour and then spent the next hourso finding the problem and eventually fixed the problem - at all times he kept us informed of what he was doing. The problem was the pump at the pool and he got an engineer from the pool company to come out very quickly also. We were very impressed by the speed of response and their ability to identify and resolve the issue so quickly. Can you pass on our thanks to those involved. Regards David and jo knight |

We are very pleased with the holiday. Very good location, close to the sea, very quiet, comfortable and a big house. Many interesting places around. I highly recommend to others. Was great !!
