La moderna Villa Malibu está convenientemente ubicada en Pineda de Mar “Costa Barcelona”, a poca distancia de la playa, supermercados, restaurantes y el centro del pueblo.
Durante su estancia tendrá acceso gratuito al Aqua Park detrás de la casa! Único en el mercado de alquiler vacacional, es la combinación ideal de alquilar si propia villa privada, mientras disfruta de las comodidades de un resort. Los niños se pasarán el dia jugando en el parque acuático, que incluye varias zonas de juego, kamikazes y toboganes, un paraíso para ellos!
(*en principio el Aqua Park está abierto del 10/05/25 - 21/09/25, sujeto a fechas de apertura del hotel)
Esta villa completamente nueva ha sido construida recientemente con materiales de calidad y completamente equipada con muebles y electrodomésticos modernos.
Disfrute de esta lujosa vivienda con su amplio jardín y piscina en el mismo nivel que la sala de estar, ¡y a tan solo 3 minutos a pie de la playa!
La casa está completamente vallada.
Se accede a la casa a través de una puerta automática, detrás de la cual hay una amplia zona de aparcamiento para varios coches.
En la planta baja se encuentra el luminoso salón con un gran sofá y mesa de comedor. TV con cuenta de Netflix incluida.
Baño completo con ducha. Cocina americana totalmente equipada con nevera americana. Desde aquí tiene acceso directo a la zona de terraza y piscina. Lavadero separado con lavadora y secadora.
Terraza cubierta con mesa de comedor exterior grande para 10 personas. Amplio jardín con piscina privada de 3mx8m, parque infantil, porterías de futbol y pergola, 10 tumbonas y barbacoa de piedra.
Su amplio exterior lo hace una casa ideal para unas vacaciones familiares, los niños se lo pasarán en grande!
En la primera planta hay 4 dormitorios y tres baños:
- Dormitorio principal con baño privado (ducha).
- Habitación doble con baño privado (ducha).
- Dormitorio con 3 camas individuales.
- Dormitorio con 3 camas individuales.
- Tercer baño (ducha).
Todas las estancias de la casa tienen persianas eléctricas, aire acondicionado y WiFi, que alcanza también a todo el jardín.
La villa está ubicada a una manzana de la playa (200 m), donde podrá disfrutar de diversas actividades acuáticas, chiringuitos, restaurantes, y el paseo marítimo. Hay un pequeño supermercado situado a tan solo 50 m de la casa, ideal para comprar el pan o hacer sus compras diarias.
La estación de tren de Pineda de Mar está a 1 km. Barcelona está a 45 min y Girona a 40 min en coche. La hermosa Costa Brava está a solo 15 minutos en coche.

What a fantastic villa, it’s hard to imagine a better place to stay if you have children. It’s not too noisy with the hotel next door, the garden is very overlooked but that’s not why you choose this place. The location is great, a few minutes walk fver más
What a fantastic villa, it’s hard to imagine a better place to stay if you have children. It’s not too noisy with the hotel next door, the garden is very overlooked but that’s not why you choose this place. The location is great, a few minutes walk from the beach and 15 mins to a couple of nice squares with plenty of restaurants and bars. We stayed for a month and what struck us is how much storage space there is, you can really live there. I drove over so had a lot of stuff, bikes and all of the usual kids stuff. The utility room is spacious so you can do a big shop. The pool is pristine, great for toddlers as there is a large shallow area. The play equipment is perfect, the grass gets a little hot but as it’s artificial it gives the whole place a nice crisp, clean and uncluttered vibe. The bedrooms are beautiful, loads of storage and TV’s in the large rooms. Beds feel very comfy and large, the kids rooms are great and have 3 beds in each. We can’t wait to return

The backyard was amazing. We had 4 kids with us ages 4-11 and they were fully entertained in the backyard. The pool was clean and warm with a shallow end and deep end so everyone could enjoy. The swing set was simple and able to add to the entertainment without being hard to use. There was a small soccer area that was well used too. Ample space to relax outside both covered and open. Great dining area outside. Inside has more than enough space. Room for kids and adults to have their own space. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, everything you could need. The one downside is that there were no rugs inside so floor coming into doorways for dirty and slippery easily. Also without any rugs made some spaces loud. I also wish their was more towels. We had to do laundry almost daily for towels as it is limited to be per person for use in both bath and pool. The kitchen is bare when it comes to spices and condiments. Just know that when doing any meal prep and shopping. You also have to supply your own paper towels, sponges, dish soap, and toilet paper. Not the worst but not the most convenient when traveling via air, especially with all the luggage restrictions these days. An idea to owners would maybe be put together a convenience package renters could purchase so as not to have to shop for all that. I think beach towels were available for rent but I didn’t see that until later. Overall great house and def recommend.

The water park is almost at the back yard but was closed when we were staying here. We were glad about this because of the lack of privacy and possible noise when it’s open. We would highly recommend this accomodation and have made wonderful family memories together!

We loved our stay in Villa Malibu and will definitely come back next year. We have been coming to Pineda de Mar as a family for over 50 years. It is just like coming home. Staying at the villa was the icing on the cake.

Stunning Villa in perfect location. Very spacious and as a fairly new build , everything modern inside. Salt water pool is great and the garden in general is so spacious and well equipped especially if you have kids. 10 min walk to main centre of Pineda and about 15 to Calella in the other direction. Can’t recommend enough.

My family spent actually one of our best vacations in this wonderful villa. The house is brand new and modern. Design, facilities, interior and exterior bring only positive impression, so that it’s hard to think of anything that you could add to make your staying there even more comfortable. All you may need during the holiday is at hand - comfy furniture, fresh linen, kitchen stuff, ac, washing machine, etc. We found everything we needed. The shops are just round the corner. It takes two-three minutes to get (on foot) to the beach. In case you want to chill in the villa there is a cool swimming pool there. An important thing is that water is clean there, during our stay technicians came several times and checked its quality. It’s so important when you travel with a small kid. If any questions occurred, we called Coastal Villas managers and got any help and answers we needed. And the location of the villa is very good - we rented a car and it was easy to go to any directions - either Barcelona, Girona,France. To make a long story short, we recommend this place in case you want to have an unforgettable holiday and enjoy your comfortable stay.
