Située dans le quartier résidentiel de Santa Cristina, entre Blanes et Lloret, cette villa est face à la mer et à 10 min des plages de Cala Santa Cristina et Cala Treumal.
Spacieuse (260m2) et confortablement équipée elle acceuille max. 7 personnes.
Garage privé pour 2 voitures avec accès réservé et protégé.
Au rez-de-chaussée, la Villa Beau Soleil dispose d'un séjour lumineux avec cheminée et Smart TV pour connecter votre compte Netflix. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec table à manger.
Depuis le salon et la cuisine, vous avez un accès direct au jardin et piscine privée, et terrasse avec barbecue et pergola avec salle à manger extérieure.
La piscine est semi-salée. Cela signifie une eau douce, sans chlore et sans yeux rouges.
A cet étage il y a une salle de bain avec douche.
Au premier étage vous trouverez:
- chambre principale (lit double) avec vue sur la mer, balcon et salle de bain en suite (avec douche).
- une autre chambre double (lit double)

09/07/24 Très beau logement, idéalement situé, Notre séjour s’est bien déroulé malgré l’éclairage de la piscine n’a jamais fonctionné malgré l’intervention du technicien, et la terrasse était inondé à cause d’une fuite dans le système de filtrage constaté par le technicien d’entretien

La piscine est au même niveau que la terrasse et la cuisine. Super pour superviser les enfants. Une piscine assez grande avec superbe vue sur la mer. Toutes les chambres sont climatisées. L'accès au garage est un peu harakiri.

Les équipements (TV écran plat neuf, satellite, lecteur DVD, wifi... tout y est) et la propreté également, mobilier de qualité, jeux pour les enfants... bouée, matelas gonflable, parasolplus

Les enfants ont adoré la piscine et les balades dans les jardins luxuriants... Les supermarchés sont à moins de 5' en voiture, et un superbe park aquatique à 10' La vue est splendide, et en hors saison aucune gêne de bruit... Une bouteille de vin pour la bienvenue et pour notre départ, l'agence était disponible et nous à même fournis les accessoires neuf pour le barbecue... Pour résumer, nous reviendrons certainement dans cette villa au charme indéniable... |

Villa Beau Soleil was the perfect place for me and my girlfriends. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious as is the living space on the first floor. It has such a cozy feel and the garden area and pool are a relaxing space.

The place was very nice with a great location and lovely views. The pictures of the place were like the reality. Can highly recommend the place to others. Would have liked more towelsa tumble dryer so you can get them washed.

The apartments behind the villa were very noisy day and night with young people coming back late and being rowdy. Driveway was so steep our car scraped the underneath so we parked in the road. Apart from this it was a beautiful location, great beach nearby with a few bars and restaurants.

La verdad es que mejorar no se puede,los 15 dias que estuvimos los coches se quedaron en la calle,no hay forma de subir la rampa del parking si no es con un todo terreno.Por lo demas todo genial.

We were unable to get on the drive with our minibus as it is too steep. We were also concerned by the wording in the guest book which stated ‘when you get burgled’, when walking around the area many of the other villas had burglary cameras however ouplus

We were also concerned by the wording in the guest book which stated ‘when you get burgled’, when walking around the area many of the other villas had burglary cameras however our villa did not which was slightly worrying as it’s clearly a big issue in the area.

We just returned from a 10 day vacation at the Villa and it was fantastic! Breathtaking views from the garden and the balcony. The kids loved the pool. The amazing beach is just a 10 minute walk from the house, Gnomo Park 15 minutes. Short driving diplus

Zeer luxe woning met heerlijk zwembad en prachtig uitzicht. Rustig gelegen en van alle gemakken voorzien. Strand op 15 minuten loopafstand. Wij vonden de bedden alleen niet van goede kwaliteit en de wifi is niet altijd optimaal. Op de derde slaapkameplus

Wij hebben veel gesnorkeld, mooie ritten gemaakt langs de kust en daar mooie strandjes opgezocht en nog een dag een boot gehuurd in Blanes.

2maal geboekt bij coastal village. Beide keren was er toch een minpuntje. Het eerste huis teveel trappen voor oudere mensen zowat niet te doen en dit huis kregen we met geen mogelijkheid de auto in de garage. Te stijl. Dit moet je vermelden, vind ik.
