Situé dans le quartier résidentiel de Cala Santa Cristina, près de Blanes. La plage se trouve à 10 minutes à pied de la maison.
Au niveau de la rue il y a un garage avec porte automatique pour 1 voiture.
À un niveau supérieur vous trouverez une grande terrasse de jeux. Après vous trouvez la piscine avec chaises longues et parasol.
La villa dispose d'un grand salon avec un coin salon confortable, une table à manger et des portes coulissantes à la terrasse avec vue sur mer imprenable. La terrasse environnante a parasols et sièges lounge.
Plus à ce niveau, vous trouverez la cuisine entièrement équipée avec sortie sur une autre terrasse avec mobilier de jardin, un parasol et un barbecue Weber.
2 chambres doubles partagent une salle de bain avec douche.
La chambre principale est située au niveau suivant. Il a placards et une salle de bains avec douche et bidet. Cette chambre offre une vue magnifique sur la mer depuis un balcon privé avec chaises longues.
Au dernière étage vous trouverez le quatrième chambre à coucher avec 2 lits individuels et un troisième lit "fold-a-way". Acces au troisième salle de bains avec douche.
Toutes les chambres ont de la climatisation.

Maison très bien pensée et agréable avec une piscine très bien exposée donc une eau à 28°.
Attention pour les personnes n aimant pas les escaliers car on passe son temps à monter et descendre car la villa est sur 5 niveaux. À par cela vraiment excepplus

Not a fault of the villa but the building work next door did ruin slightly our holiday. It made staying home at the villa during the day almost impossible due to the noise which started at 8am and finished at 5pm - with no siesta time.

Only the many stickers with notes and instructions are exaggerated and not a nice look. Much of it could be summarised in a small folder. |

Villa Blue Bay is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and extremely well equipped. For a couple of nights we had 9 people staying and there was plenty of crockery, cutlery, glassware etc to accommodate everyone. The kitchen had everything you couplus

Both the house and garden/terraces/pool area were immaculate.
The Villa is in a quiet area, about 10 mins walk to a lovely beach. There are a couple of small restaurants at the beach, but when we were there (early June) they are only open at lunchtime. |

A very professional company. I am pleasantly surprised. A captivating view. The only thing is that the propriety is a little bit far from any stores and you have to go up to the hill, but we had an impressive view. I would stay there forever ❤️Certainly I will take advantage of the offer of this company. |

23/08/2017 The walk to the beach was not as bad as I thought it was going to be! Although it is quite a steep climb, it is only 10 minutes. And it is a very lovely beach. Very busy in August.

Fridge/freezer was not working properly. A second, small fridge for drinks would be useful.
Younger generation were frustrated by the intermittent wifi.

We stayed here for two weeks now, in your beautiful house. The view was gorgeous! We really loved the proximity of the beach and the small restaurant at the beach. We invite everybody to get over there.Living in the house was a real pleasure, becauseplus

Another big positive point is the possibility to go to Barcelona by train. Cheap and useful. |

The only negative point was the presence of ants! We now realize it’s necessary in Spain, to clean the floor after eating both in- and outside.

Wat was het weer heerlijk in jullie villa! Uitzicht waar je stil van wordt. Citroenen plukken bij de geweldige buurvrouw. Dagje Barcelona, Tossa de Mar, de markt, er is zoveel te doen en te zien.
