Description
Villa Botanica is a cozy semi-detached house with private pool and sea views, located in a quiet residential area less than 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot from the center and beach of Calella.
It is characterized by its decoration with restored rustic furniture and an outdoor space full of beautiful plants, private pool, two porches and sea views.
Note: the property has recently changed host and is now managed by us. Therefore, the previous reviews are no longer visible. However, we have included screenshots of previous guest reviews in the photo gallery for your reference.
The property is accessed at street level, where you can park your car for free in the parking lot right in front of the entrance on the other side of the street.
An external staircase leads to the house, which consists of two floors.
GROUND FLOOR
On the main floor you will find the cozy living room with TV and direct access to the magnificent front terrace with porch and outdoor table. Enjoy the sea views while having breakfast!
Fully equipped kitchen.
On this floor there is a double bedroom (with pull out bed, 2 singles) and a full bathroom, with shower.
In the bathroom you will find the washing area with washing machine and dryer.
FIRST FLOOR
On the upper floor you will find:
- Master bedroom with double bed (160cm), dressing room and direct access to the terrace and pool area.
- 2 more double bedrooms, each with double bed (140cm). Both bedrooms have access to the balcony with sea views.
- Second independent full bathroom, with bathtub.
On this floor there is the outdoor area with sea views, private pool, hammocks, barbecue and second covered porch with dining table.
NEARBY ATTRACTIONS
In 15-20min on foot or 5min by car you will reach all the services that Calella offers: beach, shops, restaurants and supermarkets. In the house you will find our information booklet with all our recommendations in the area!
Enjoy the large sandy beach of Calella with numerous beach bars and water sports. For those who are looking for more isolated beaches, the beautiful coves of Sant Pol de Mar, between rocks and pines, are just a 5-minute drive away.
The Costa Brava is a 20-minute drive away.
You can easily get to Barcelona by train that leaves Calella every 30 minutes, or by car (45min).

We Stayed with 6 people during the Ironman. The place was spatious, welcoming and very well equipped. We felt like home.
We enjoyed the view and all terraces. Only 15 minute walk to the beach Nice getaway from the crows. Would definitely come back!

We had a fantastic reunion at this house. The swimming pool was a major highlight providing endless fun and relaxation for everyone. The spacious and well maintained property allowed us to comfortably accommodate our group. The location was also pesee more

The spacious and well maintained property allowed us to comfortably accommodate our group. The location was also perfect , offering a peaceful retreat while being conveniently close to the city's main attractions. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we look forward to coming back for our next gathering!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour . La maison est idéalement située entre Lloret et Barcelone, et tout les commerces sont proches de la maison (prévoir d'utiliser tout de même la voiture ou le vélo).

Quel superbe séjour passé dans ce magnifique logement! Nous y avons passé 10 jours dans un confort excellent et une vue á couper le souffle. Si nous devions retourner à Calella ou dans la région c'est avec grand plaisir que nous nous y rendrons en prsee more
