Villa Las Brisas is located on one of the most beautiful spots on the Costa Brava, the high class residential bay of Cala Sant Francesc, in Blanes.
The villa is very well equipped with air conditioning throughout the villa and tastefully decorated with modern design.
Various lounge areas and an open Bulthaup kitchen which is fully equipped with American fridge, ceramic cooking plates, oven, micro wave. Connecting storage room with washing & drying machine. The kitchen has direct access to the spacious terrace with dining area and BBQ. Living room with Smart TV. On this floor there is one bathroom (with shower).
One floor up there are 2 double bedrooms and one bathroom. Another floor up there is a double bedroom and the master bedroom with bathroom en-suite. Another 2 double bedrooms with shower room and on the top floor a double bedroom and roof terrace. Shades for all rooms.
On pool level you'll find the private pool, garden area with sun loungers and a lounge room with ping pong table. 5th bathroom with shower.
This villa has a semi-salt pool which means soft water, no chlorine and no red eyes.
Free wifi access.
Garage for 1 or 2 cars.
You also have access to the private club in the bay with large pool (25x8m), children pool, tennis court, bar and playground for the kids. Including a remote control for private parking near the beach.
The beautiful beach of Cala Sant Francesc is a 3-min walk. The sandy beach has water activities, a nice restaurant, showers and life guard.

The outdoor stools and benches are a bit wobbly.

The house was as we expected really nice and we had a wonderful time!!! We were three families and totally 12 adults and teenagers and the house was well sized and equipped for us. We had barbecue almost every night and the grill is in need of some rsee more

We had barbecue almost every night and the grill is in need of some renovation. Something that matter us a lot was that we every day had to go with our garbage 1km to a local garbage station. All The neighbours had dustbin at the houses. Also talked with a neighbour who wondered why everyone in this house always was carrying on garbage bags. We can really recommend this house!

We had a super holiday at Villa Las Brisas in June 2023. We were a large family group of eight adults of various ages. We enjoyed the table tennis and table football and made use of the large pool and tennis facilities at the club nearby. There was plenty of room for everyone, although eating inside altogether might have been a problem. The local beach has great facilities and is only a few minutes walk downhill. We needed to contact Coastal Villas about a couple of issues during our stay and they couldn't have been more helpful.

To improve it would be great if there were cleaning materials. There was nothing in the villa, we had to buy it all in. There is also a very low wall on the patio with a long drop drop to the pool area which is not great for young children. Due the tsee more

Great house and location. Beautiful accommodations and so close to the beautiful Mediterranean Sea! Coastal Villas were incredible helpful and prompt with responses, questions and concerns. Loved the personal touches provided by Coastal Villas. Hisee more

Our family group comprised of 11 people aged 1 to70. The Villa is of a beautiful contemporary design, very pleasing to the eye. The furnishings were 1st class. Beautiful Bathrooms. Luxury Kitchen fitments.

Our family group comprised of 11 people aged 1 to70. The Villa is of a beautiful contemporary design, very pleasing to the eye. The furnishings were 1st class. Beautiful Bathrooms. Luxury Kitchen fitments.
(so good that we are buying the gagganeu coffee machine as the coffee was so brilliant). We loved the football machine in the lounge and table tennis room on the same floor as the pool. The pool was a good size with plenty of good quality sun beds. Attractive gardens, maintained weekly by gardeners. We had an internal flying ant problem during our stay and the managing agents sent out a pest control company to manage the problem, and accompanied them to the villa. Enormous garage which easily housed our large 9 seater hired Mercedes. The club parking opposite was also useful for our villa as it is so close. A Perfect property, managed by Coastal Villas. Thank you |

Le logement est très agréable bien équipé, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine et des installations mises à dispositions en dehors du logement, mais en période estival cela doit être un plus.

Zeer compleet tot in detail, van kinderbedje/stoel tot ijsblokjesmaker, alles is er. Prachtig sanitair (4 badkamers), zeer complete keuken, mooie en stijlvolle ruimtes. Luxe uitstraling, prachtig uitzicht. Voldoende mogelijkheden om met grotere groepsee more
Zeer compleet tot in detail, van kinderbedje/stoel tot ijsblokjesmaker, alles is er. Prachtig sanitair (4 badkamers), zeer complete keuken, mooie en stijlvolle ruimtes. Luxe uitstraling, prachtig uitzicht. Voldoende mogelijkheden om met grotere groep (wij waren met 9 volwassenen en 2 peuters van bijna 3) samen te eten en spelletjes te doen en gewoon heerlijk samen te zijn. We hebben zelfs gedanst op het terras. Daarnaast altijd wel ergens een plekje om je even terug te trekken om te lezen of te luieren. Strand op 5 min lopen en nog dichterbij een heerlijk groot zwembad, incl ruim peuterbad, en ligstoelen, speeltuintje, tennisbaan. Diverse supermarkten 10 min met de auto. Support door verhuurder, sleuteloverdracht, arrival instructions: vlekkeloos. Met peuters is het even opletten met de vele trapjes en het zwembad bij de villa, maar dat heeft ons niet belemmerd om écht te genieten.

Onze groep van 10 personen verbleef in de villa, wat een toplocatie! Met de perfecte ligging in de buurt van het zandstrand, de club met groot zwembad op loopafstand en natuurlijk het eigen zwembad met super luxe villa hierbij hebben we genoten van esee more

Met de perfecte ligging in de buurt van het zandstrand, de club met groot zwembad op loopafstand en natuurlijk het eigen zwembad met super luxe villa hierbij hebben we genoten van een heerlijke week in Blanes! Een ideale rustige locatie om even heerlijk te genieten van Spanje!
