The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, private garage and at only a 5min walk to the beautiful sandy beach of Cala Sant Francesc.

GROUND FLOOR

You acces the villa on street level where you’ll find the private garage for 2 cars. From here you access the main floor.

From the elegant entrance hall, you’ll access a the large open plan living room with a separate dining area. Fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the exterior area. Separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Outside you’ll find the private swimming pool with sun loungers and parasol. Separate exterior dining area with pergola and large dining table.

On the ground floor you’ll find 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms:

All bedrooms have electric shades.

PRIVATE CLUB & NEARBY BEACH
During your stay, you’ll have access to the private club in the bay, which includes a large pool, a children’s pool, a tennis court, a bar, and a playground for kids. You’ll also have a remote control for free parking at the private lot near the beach.

The beautiful Cala Sant Francesc beach is just a 5-min walk away. Just walk down from the villa, take the stairs on the left and you’ll be on the beach!
This sandy beach offers water activities, the charming restaurant "Cala Bona," showers, and a lifeguard service. Other must-visit beaches nearby include Cala Santa Cristina, Cala Treumal, Cala Sa Boadella, and Cala Canyelles.

Blanes town center is less than a 5-minute drive away, offering a marina, a lively promenade, and plenty of shops and restaurants. Inside the villa, you’ll find a booklet with our personal recommendations and hotspots to make the most of your stay!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- one set of bath towels and one beach towel per person are included.
- Unfortunately groups of youngsters are not allowed. The minimum age requirement is 28 years. Families with kids/youngsters are more than welcome!
