This beautiful villa is located in the residential urbanization of Cala Santa Cristina, in Blanes. It has fabulous views of the Mediterranean Sea and the pine tree forest. From every room in the house you will enjoy this amazing view!
The beautiful sandy beaches of Cala Treumal and Cala Santa Cristina are only a 10 minute walk.
The villa has 3 floors, which are connected by stairs and an elevator. Ideal for older persons.
On the ground floor there's the main entrance and a private garage for one car. Washing area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the first floor is the large and bright living room with fireplace, TV and Apple TV, which connects to the dining area. Direct access to the terrace with exterior furniture and parasol to enjoy your dinner during warm summer nights! And again beautiful sea views!
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, also direct access to the terrace. Double bedroom and own bathroom.
On the second floor there are 2 double bedrooms. The large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with double sink and bath tub. Walk-in closet. Amazing sea and forest views from the large window. The second double bedroom and third separate bathroom.
All 3 bedrooms have access to the terrace.
From the second floor you access the private pool and garden, which are located one floor higher. Here's a second terrace with furniture and BBQ. Sun loungers around the pool and again sea views!
Air conditioning throughout the entire house.
Free wifi.

Great Location, comfortable villa which was adequately equipped for all our needs. Beautiful view but road noise can be disturbing, and the road affects privacy at first floor level. Total privacy at the pool area with wonderful views did compensate see more

There is a small problem with the electrical outlet on the outside that should be address , it’s no watertight due to a broken lead , it’s no longer IP67. That can cause a danger .

Thank you very much for your feedback! The pool cleaners come by twice a week, unfortunately we can't know the exact day/time as it differs for every villa and every pool company. However they always ring the bell first but in this villa in particulasee more

our stay in Villa Sunrise and in Blanes was great - the house corresponded the impression we had received through web, was really nice and spacious and had a great roof terrace and pool area with magnificent view. Also, the town of Blanes and see more

our stay in Villa Sunrise and in Blanes was great - the house corresponded the impression we had received through web, was really nice and spacious and had a great roof terrace and pool area with magnificent view. Also, the town of Blanes and the Costa Brava region in general was very much to our liking. So, thank you for the very good cooperation and timely correspondence prior to our trip and for the welcoming and farewell wine bottles, those were a really nice gesture. We left some kitchen stuff (eg. aluminium foil, dish washing gear etc.) behind, stuff that we thought the next guests would anyway have to acquire, we hope that was ok. So, thank you again, we could very well imagine coming again and would certainly recommend Villa Sunrise. With kind regards, Laura & Jari Eskola + kids |

Das Haus ist modern möbeliert und bestens ausgestattet. Es gibt viele schöne Plätze, in denen man Essen und gemütlich beisammen sitzen kann. Dazu kann man jedes Stockwerk bequem mit dem Aufzug erreichen. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich ein schöner Strand, den man fußläufig erreichen kann. Dort bieten sich mehrere Möglichkeiten, um mit den Hunden spazieren zu gehen. Ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar ist der botanische Garten. Ein besonderes Highlight in Blanes ist der tägliche Obst- und Gemüsemarkt, den man unbedingt besuchen sollte. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

En referencia a los gatos, es cierto que bajan de la montaña hasta el jardín, aunque el jardinero viene una vez por semana a limpiar.

Die Lage, mit der wunderschönen Aussicht auf das Meer, der Dachterrasse, dem Pool - und der Aufzug wurde anfangs belächelt, aber am Ende von allen genutzt, gerade wenn man immer auf der Dachterrasse speist. Das Haus war innen sehr sauber, die Betten waren gut und die Ausstattung ist auch sehr gut. Die Agentur war sehr zuvorkommend und der Handyman(Hausmeister) konnte auch schnell helfen. Dennoch, wir waren sehr erholt - Danke

Mooi huis, zeer moderne inrichting wel niet volledig afgewerkt. Geen internetverbinding. Perfect voor 2 gezinnen.
Goede service van de verhuurder : noodoplossing internet met 3G modem, goede en efficiente communicatie. Airco brengt zalige temperatusee more

Goede service van de verhuurder : noodoplossing internet met 3G modem, goede en efficiente communicatie. Airco brengt zalige temperatuur om te slapen op de hete dagen. Prachtige streek om te mountainbiken : 100 % off-road mogelijk. Er zijn een 8 tal uitgepijlde routes , ook via internet enkele gps toeren gedownload. |
