Description
Villa Treumal is located in the residential area of Santa Cristina, between Blanes and Lloret, and is just a 10-min walk from the beach. Just cross the street and you’ll be at the beach’s parking area, from where you walk down a sandy path towards two of the most beautiful beaches in the area: Cala Santa Cristina and Cala Treumal.
You enter the villa on street level, where you’ll find the ample living room with separate dining corner and fully equipped open kitchen. TV with Netflix access. Access to a balcony with a small seating area. Enjoy the views to the pool area, sea and green pine tree woods in front of you! There’s a separate toilet next to the kitchen.
On this level there’s a double bedroom with a double bed, and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
One floor down you’ll find:
- a second large living area with direct access to the exterior dining area, BBQ and pool area with sun loungers.
In this salon there's a double sofa bed.
- a double bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub.
- a double bedroom with two single beds put together.
- a double bedroom with a double bed.
- third bathroom (with bathtub).
All bedrooms have air conditioning.
Private open-air gated space within the villa’s grounds to park two cars. More cars can be parked on the street right in front of the villa.
Free wifi.

*Unfortunately groups of youngsters are not allowed in this villa, only families or groups of +28 years old.

We had a wonderfull stay at this vila and all enjoyed very much. Not only the swimmingpool but also the outside bbq were very popular with all of us. The vila is located in a quiet area but both Blanes and Lloret are literally "around the corner" witsee more
We had a wonderfull stay at this vila and all enjoyed very much. Not only the swimmingpool but also the outside bbq were very popular with all of us. The vila is located in a quiet area but both Blanes and Lloret are literally "around the corner" with their restaurants etc. and offcourse nightlife for those looking for that. At walking distance there is a nice sandy beach and you can easely plan daytrips to various places like Barcelona, Girona, Begur etc. We recommend this vila for all those looking for a spacious & comfortable place to stay in the Costa Brava.

We booked our dream family vacation in Spain and this house was absolutely perfect. Beautiful views, plenty of space in the house, nice terraces and we loved the pool. Property management was very responsive and nice (they even left a bottle of sparkling wine when we left). The beach is a short walk although it is a steep downhill (then uphill) but we didn't mind the exercise. We loved the beach restaurant at St. Christina beach (my kids even connected via Instagram) to the waiters. It was a very memorable, lovely visit to Costa Brava.

Semaine très agréable, avec la mer et plages, ces superbes rando, la ville a proximité et ce cadre magnifique et reposant. La villa nous donne tranquilité et cette superbe vue. Un régal. Je recommande cette villa.

Ya se que no depende de vosotros, pero no disponer de contenedores de basura más cerca es un serio inconveniente. Creo que hay viviendas en la zona con contenedores propios. Si es verdad, podríais proponerlo a la propiedad.
