Description
Villa Coco is a brand new modern villa (built in 2022) with stunning sea views and located in a quiet residential area.
The villa has been built with quality materials and is fully equipped for families to enjoy a relaxing holiday!
You enter the villa on street level. Through a ramp you can enter up to two cars to park on the private property. More cars can be easily parked on the street in front of the villa.
The villa has two floors. The ground floor is the main floor where you'll find an impressive large exterior area with private infinity swimming pool, pergola with lounge area, sun beds and exterior dining table. The panoramic sea views are truly stunning!
Living room with sliding doors to access the pool area. Beautiful fully equipped modern open kitchen with isle.
Gas BBQ. Laundry room with washing machine. Separate toilet.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms:
- one master bedroom with double bed and direct access to pool area. Ensuite bathroom (with shower) and also a sauna inside the bathroom.
- second smaller bedroom (please note this is an interior room without windows, and has a ventilator instead of AC)
On the first floor you will find:
- second master bedroom with double bed and Smart TV. Ensuite bathroom (with shower) and with a beautiful bath tub inside the room.
- third master bedroom with double bed. Ensuite bathroom (with shower).
- double bedroom with double bed and Smart TV.
- double bedroom with double bed.
- bathroom (with shower) to share between the two last double bedrooms.
The villa is fully air conditioned and has free WiFi.
The villa is located in the residential urbanisation of Roca Grossa, on the outskirts of Lloret de Mar. The city center is less then a 5min drive, as are restaurants and supermarkets.
We recommend Cala Canyelles as the nearest beach, which is less then a 10min drive. Cala Canyelles is a beautiful sandy bay with small harbour, beach restaurant and water activities.
The famous villages of Tossa de Mar and Blanes are also within a 15min drive!

* Unfortunately we do not accept groups of youngsters, the minimum age for adult groups is 28 years. Families with children are more than welcome!

De kinderen konden genieten van het uitgaansleven en wij van het prachtige uitzicht op zee. De communicatie met Coastal Villas verliep ( ook tijdens het verblijf) goed en snel. Een geweldig zwembad dat regelmatig wordt gecontroleerd. De keukenuitrusting is heel uitgebreid met mooie grote schalen en borden. Na een week kwam de schoonmaak en werden de lakens verwisseld. Echt een aanrader!

Very nice place. Walking distance from beach (30 min) but steep down/uphill walk. Spectacular views. Nice pool and terrace. All necessary facilities. But not too much to do at house except swimming and tanning :-) Town very touristy but house in quiesee more

I recently stayed at Villa Coco Lloret de Mar. The location was excellent, situated conveniently in the town, close to beaches and local attractions.
On a positive note, they did respond quickly to the power cut, and they have replied back sayingsee more

However, the drive leading up to the villa was extremely steep, making it impossible for our car to go up. Additionally, it would have been nice to have a welcome hamper with milk, bread, cheese, etc..., especially for those arriving late in the evensee more

Washing up liquid and bleach would have been helpful there is no point in having a sponge on the sink with no cleaning liquid and only having 1 toilet roll in the bathroom. This oversight meant we had to head out immediately for necessities.
While the villa itself was comfortable and well-appointed, these issues marred an otherwise pleasant experience. Future guests should be prepared for the challenging drive and plan ahead for essentials. Making these small changes would ensure future guests staying at Villa Coco have a more enjoyable experience. |

Truly breathtaking views of the sea from this modern, peaceful and very private villa. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and definitely want to return next year. The town of Lloret and shopping are so close and convenient when you need it and thesee more

Einzige Mankos: Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht in allen Zimmern und die sehr steile und enge Auffahrt wurde in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt.
