Description
Villa Guaita is located in the quiet residential urbanisation of Serra Brava, at only 4km from the center of Lloret de Mar and from the beautiful beach of Cala Canyelles.
This is a one-floor villa with all rooms on the same level as the garden and pool area, so suitable for elderly people and families with small kids. This is quite exceptional to find in this area!
You access the villa trough the electric gate where you’ll find an large private parking space for three cars.
Ample dining and living room with sliding doors to the garden and terrace. The living room has a large 65" Smart TV so you can connect to Youtube and your Netflix, Disney, … accounts. ASTRA German satellite channels and several Spanish channels.
Electric chimney with heater and varios ambiance lights to enjoy the chillier evenings.
Exterior covered porche with dining table, chill out sofa and BBQ. From here you access the large garden with natural grass, sun loungers and private pool.
Beautiful sea views from this villa!
Fully equipped kitchen, also with direct access to the garden/terrace.
First master bedroom with double bed (180cm) and extra single folding bed. This bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Large 55" TV and direct access to the garden.
Second double bedroom with double bed (180cm) and a sofa bed (150cm) for one adult or two small kids. Large 55" TV.
Third double bedroom with double bed (160cm). Large 55" TV and direct access to the garden.
Fourth bedroom with a bunk bed. TV with Apple tv.
Second bathroom on the corridor with bath tub, sink and toilet.
Free wifi.
All rooms have centralized air conditioning for cooling and heating.
All rooms have music speakers which you can connect to via cable, CD/radio stereo system or via Bluetooth device in the living room.
There's a little supermarket in the urbanisation (2min by car) with fresh bakery (open in high season).
The beautiful sandy beach of Cala Canyelles is a 10min ride by car and is one of our favorites in the area! It has a small harbor, ice cream stand, bay watch and water activities.
Two good restaurants on the beach as well: the newly opened beach club Gammarus with amazing ambiance and music, and the classic Syrius for fish and paella.
* A bath towel set per person is included (one large and one small towel per person).
* Weekly cleaning and change of sheets/towels is included for stays of 2 or more weeks.
* Dogs are allowed under request.
* Unfortunately we do not accept groups of youngsters, the minimum age for groups of adults is 28 years. Families with children are more than welcome.

Me and my family had an absolutely dream vacation thanks to this place. It is well equipped and maintained. Professionally managed by local agency. Beautiful beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores are in 15 minutes drive. The neighborhood is quiet see more

Der Check in war einfach super easy. So kann ein Urlaub beginnen, total unkompliziert! Das Haus ein Traum, bisschen viel Deko aber das ist Geschmacksache. Wir haben uns alle total wohl gefühlt, ob klein oder groß!Der Wäscheständer war ein bisschen wasee more

Wir haben uns alle total wohl gefühlt, ob klein oder groß!Der Wäscheständer war ein bisschen wackelig und im Pool fehlten einige Kacheln, und die Kanten sehr scharf, daher gab es einige Schnitte an den Füßen. (Müsste dringend repariert werden) Haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen und würden aufjedenfall wieder buchen!

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa verbracht. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool haben keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Eine echte Traum Villa. Der einzige Mangel war die Klimaanlage bei derer Aktivierung immer die Sicherung rausgeflogen istsee more
Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa verbracht. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool haben keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Eine echte Traum Villa. Der einzige Mangel war die Klimaanlage bei derer Aktivierung immer die Sicherung rausgeflogen ist. Der Eigentümer war sehr bemüht diesen Fehler zu beheben, aber dieses Problem war wohl eine größere Baustelle und konnte bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht behoben werden. Alle Beanstandungen wurden sehr Zeitnah behoben. Dafür vergeben wir 100 von 100 Punkten TOP Service. Dadurch, dass die Villa sich weit oben auf dem Berg befand, war dort die Luft viel angenehmer als unten am Strand. Unten schwül oben top frische Luft, abends manchmal zu frisch, aber der Pulli hat es geregelt. Die große überdachte Terrasse hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir nicht einmal das superschöne Wohnzimmer genutzt haben. Das Internet könnte etwas besser sein. Ansonsten eine echte Empfehlung wer es gerne Privat mag. In meinen Augen die beste Villa der Umgebung 😍😍😍 🏰

Das Haus und die Außenanlage sind wunderschön! Der Ausblick auf das Meer atemberaubend! Alles war sogar schöner als auf den Bildern, da die Bäder mittlerweile auch saniert wurden. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und hatte alles was man benötigt und see more

Außerdem hat es uns immer die Sicherung rausgehauen, wenn man den Backofen benutzen wollte. Auch ungünstig war es, dass die Sprenkelanlage dreimal täglich lief und der Rasen dadurch fast ganztägig nass war und die Kinder darauf nicht spielen/krabbeln konnten. Im Vergleich zum Tal waren es oben 4 Grad Unterschied, daher haben wir den Pool kaum nutzen können, weil es auf dem Berg (Anfang Juni) einfach zu kalt war.

Een prachtige ruime villa met prima bedden en een uitgebreide inventaris. Mooi uitzicht op het dal en zee. Fijne tuin waar de kinderen lekker konden spelen. Wij hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad.

Enkele onderhoudspunten waren aanwezig zoals deuren die niet sluiten, verlichting in tuin en zwembad kapot. Voor oudere mensen is de douche niet handig hoge instap en zeer gladde vloer. Ook een zwembadtrapje zou handig zijn want je komt er haast nietsee more
