Located on a secluded hillside overlooking the Costa Brava, stunning Villa Infinity takes its design inspiration from the surrounding nature.
Designed by famous french architect Erik Morvan, he integrated the villa into the environment using different forms of nature in its design: curves, waves, uneven surfaces and natural materials.
The villa is built with high-quality materials and all furniture in the house was made on request according to the architect’s sketches.
The villa is located in a quiet dead-end street and is surrounded by green area, so no neighbours are visible. Ideal for those looking for privacy in a secluded villa.

The villa has three floors.

GROUND FLOOR
You enter the villa on street level where you’ll find a large garage for 5 cars.
Laundry room with Miele washing machine and dryer.

MIDDLE FLOOR
In the center of the middle floor you’ll find the glazed round hall with marble floor and impressive chandelier. From here you have access to the gym, spa and four bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a large bed of 2mx2m, walk-in closet and large windows. En-suite bathroom with shower, decorated with stone from Galicia.
A second suite with double bed (150x200cm), walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with bath tub and shower.
Two more bedrooms, ideally for children. One bedroom with a double bed (135x200cm) and one with two single beds (pull-out bed). These two bedrooms share a large bathroom with shower and bath tub.
All bedrooms have beautiful views overlooking the green hillside and/or sea.
Gym with Technogym treadmill, elliptical simulator and power trainer, as well as BOSU and mats.
Beautiful SPA area with Turkish bad and Effegibi sauna. Separate toilet and shower.
From the spa and gym area you can directly access the living room and swimming pool, ideal for a dip in the water after a workout or a hot steam bath!

TOP FLOOR
Here you’ll find the fifth bedroom and the main living area with salon, kitchen, terrace and pool area.
The living area is one large bright open space, surrounded by glass windows and has a gas fireplace and TV.
From the salon and kitchen area you have direct access to the exterior area through a sliding door, that leads to the large balcony with exterior dining table and comfortable lounge corner. Large automatic sun shades. Barbecue.
Stunning pool area with large infinity pool (12m x 7m). The pool has a salt-system (no red eyes!) and an undeep part as well, ideal for kids or to just lay on and relax.
Sun loungers around the pool, and an exterior jacuzzi (not heated).
Fully equipped kitchen, built in a semi-circle overlooking the living room.
On this floor there’s the fifth bedroom which is a suite with double bed (150x200cm), walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with bath tub and shower.

Electric shades in all rooms.
Wifi.
The whole villa is air conditioned.

Fun fact: in 2015 the villa was featured in The Wall Street Journal as “House of the Day”!
