LAYOUT

You enter the house on the upper level where you'll find the bright and comfortable living area with Smart TV. From here you access the balcony with large exterior dining table for 10 persons. The panoramic sea views from here are exceptional, looking over the sea and the whole town!

The villa offers air conditioning throughout the whole house.

One level down you'll find the 3 main double bedrooms:

- Master bedroom with a double bed and large en-suite bathroom with shower and bath tub.
- Second bedroom with a double bed.
- Third bedroom with two single beds put together:
- Second full bathroom with shower & bath tub.

On the lower level (pool level) there's an independent studio for 4 persons with a double bed and two single beds. Full bathroom with shower.
Kitchenette with a small fridge and table.
The studio also boosts a Smart TV and a console with retro games, ideal for kids!

OUTDOOR AREA
One of the highlights of Villa Marys is its private swimming pool, surrounded by outdoor spaces where you can relax and soak up the sun!
The outdoor area features 8 sunbeds, a pergola with lounge corner and a stone BBQ.

HEATED SWIMMING POOL
For those visiting outside the peak summer season, Villa Marys also offers a heated swimming pool.

Pool heating is included in the rental price and is available for bookings from March to June and from September to October, allowing you to enjoy a refreshing swim even during the cooler spring and autumn months.

BEACHES & SURROUNDINGS
Villa Marys is situated in the residential neighbourhood of Roca Grossa, just 3 km from the lively centre of Lloret de Mar and its main beach.
Lloret de Mar offers a beautiful seafront promenade, a wide variety of restaurants, boutique shops, beach bars, and plenty of activities for all ages.

For those looking to explore the Costa Brava's stunning coastline, make sure to visit the nearby Cala Canyelles beach, just 5 km away, as well as the beautiful beaches of Cala Sa Boadella, Cala Santa Cristina, and Cala Treumal.

Families with children will also love Water World, one of the largest water parks in the area, located approximately 5 km from the villa.

The charming coastal towns of Tossa de Mar and Blanes are also well worth a visit, offering picturesque old towns, beautiful beaches, and fantastic Mediterranean restaurants.
