At only 25 minutes from Barcelona, you'll find this modern villa, located in a residential area just above Mataró. Close to the large shopping centre 'Mataró Park'.
Private swimming pool, very large garden of 2000 m2 and ping pong table. Great for kids!
It is an ideal holiday villa to combine a city trip and a beach break. After spending a long day in Barcelona, you will be able to relax in this quiet villa with private swimming pool.
Modern villa with lots of light, views to the sea and mountains. Various terraces.
At ground level there is a cosy living room with fire place, flat screen TV with DVD. Design fully equipped kitchen, with access to terrace with exterior dining table.
Separate toilet and the master bedroom with spacious en-suite bathroom and exit to the balcony.
One level down there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all with access to the terrace and pool area. On the top floor there is a large office/guest room with a double bed, en suite bathroom and access to the roof terrace.
Closed private open air parking space on the property, as well as free street parking.
Free wifi.
Air conditioning in the living room and the bedroom on the upper floor.
For a fee you can enter the nearby tennis club with large pool and play grounds for the children.
The distance to the beach in Mataro is 15 minutes by car. Barcelona is only 25 minutes away.

Beware that the road to access the villa and the parking are really really bad - and yes the neighbors have a barking dog and rightfully expect peace after 22.30 (not easy when your kids still want to play in the pool…) But, beautiful, full of light and with a soothing view villa. Good point is that all the facilites to do grocery, eat and shop are 5 minutes away. We loved our stay

Het was een zeer ruime, nette en mooie villa met alle benodigdheden. Uitstekende bedden, genoeg badkamers, volledig uitgeruste keuken en heel net allemaal. De piano was fantastisch. Het zwembad was ook perfect.

De weg er naartoe is heel hobbelig maar daar kunnen jullie niets veranderen. De vele irritante muggen waren heel hinderlijk maar wederom niet veel aan te doen wellicht. De kinderstoel die we bijbetaalden was niet aanwezig.

Le logement est spacieux, ajouré et accueillant. Il est bien situé, permettant d'aller rapidement dans plusieurs grandes villes dont Barcelone bien sûr. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille et bien profité de la piscine. La maison était trèsee more
Le logement est spacieux, ajouré et accueillant. Il est bien situé, permettant d'aller rapidement dans plusieurs grandes villes dont Barcelone bien sûr. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille et bien profité de la piscine. La maison était très propre, largement équipée en vaisselle. Bonne surprise les serviettes de toilette étaient fournies . Cependant il faut faire attention aux points suivants : 1) seuls une chambre et le salon sont climatisés. Les autres chambres sont munies de ventilateurs uniquement. Si vous ouvrez les fenêtres vous êtes réveillés par les nombreux aboiements de chiens aux alentours. 2) la maison est très bien située mais par contre le chemin d'accès est très mal goudronné voire chaotique 3) il n'y a pas de parasols pour la piscine 4) en guise de barbecue il n'y a qu'une petite cheminée sur la terrasse 5) nombreux désagréments liés aux moustiques
