This brand new villa has been recently constructed with quality materials and completely equipped with modern furniture and appliances.
Enjoy the luxury of this beautiful home with its ample garden and pool on the same level as the living area, and at only a 3min walk to the beach! The villa is entirely fenced.
During your stay, you have exclusive access to the Aqua Park behind the villa! Unique in the villa rental market, it is the ideal combination of renting your private design villa while enjoying the commodities of a holiday resort. Kids will enjoy themselves in the waterpark which includes various slides and pools, a children's paradise!
(*the waterpark is scheduled to be open between 10/05/25 - 21/09/25, subject to the hotel's opening dates)
You enter the villa via an automatic gate, behind which there’s an ample car park for various cars.
On ground floor you’ll find the bright living room with large sofa and dining table. TV with Netflix account included.
Bathroom with shower. Fully equipped open kitchen. From here you have direct access to the terrace and pool area. Separate washing room with washing machine and dryer.
Covered terrace with large exterior dining table for 10. Garden with private pool of 3mx8m, children’s playground, pergola, and 10 sun loungers. Stone BBQ.
Its beautiful exterior area make this an ideal holiday home for families with children, who will no doubt have fun playing here!
On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms:

All rooms have electric shutters and air conditioning. Wifi throughout the whole villa, including the garden.

Pineda de Mar’s train station is located 1km from the villa. Barcelona is a 45min drive, and Girona a 40min drive.The beautiful Costa Brava is only a 15min drive.

What a fantastic villa, it’s hard to imagine a better place to stay if you have children. It’s not too noisy with the hotel next door, the garden is very overlooked but that’s not why you choose this place. The location is great, a few minutes walk fsee more
What a fantastic villa, it’s hard to imagine a better place to stay if you have children. It’s not too noisy with the hotel next door, the garden is very overlooked but that’s not why you choose this place. The location is great, a few minutes walk from the beach and 15 mins to a couple of nice squares with plenty of restaurants and bars. We stayed for a month and what struck us is how much storage space there is, you can really live there. I drove over so had a lot of stuff, bikes and all of the usual kids stuff. The utility room is spacious so you can do a big shop. The pool is pristine, great for toddlers as there is a large shallow area. The play equipment is perfect, the grass gets a little hot but as it’s artificial it gives the whole place a nice crisp, clean and uncluttered vibe. The bedrooms are beautiful, loads of storage and TV’s in the large rooms. Beds feel very comfy and large, the kids rooms are great and have 3 beds in each. We can’t wait to return

The backyard was amazing. We had 4 kids with us ages 4-11 and they were fully entertained in the backyard. The pool was clean and warm with a shallow end and deep end so everyone could enjoy. The swing set was simple and able to add to the entertainmsee more

The swing set was simple and able to add to the entertainment without being hard to use. There was a small soccer area that was well used too. Ample space to relax outside both covered and open. Great dining area outside. Inside has more than enough space. Room for kids and adults to have their own space. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, everything you could need. The one downside is that there were no rugs inside so floor coming into doorways for dirty and slippery easily. Also without any rugs made some spaces loud. I also wish their was more towels. We had to do laundry almost daily for towels as it is limited to be per person for use in both bath and pool. The kitchen is bare when it comes to spices and condiments. Just know that when doing any meal prep and shopping. You also have to supply your own paper towels, sponges, dish soap, and toilet paper. Not the worst but not the most convenient when traveling via air, especially with all the luggage restrictions these days. An idea to owners would maybe be put together a convenience package renters could purchase so as not to have to shop for all that. I think beach towels were available for rent but I didn’t see that until later. Overall great house and def recommend.

The pool was also very nice but too cold (in May). The location is great (near beach, little city centre of Pineda de Mar and Calella at walking distance). The water park is almost at the back yard but was closed when we were staying here. We were glad about this because of the lack of privacy and possible noise when it’s open. We would highly recommend this accomodation and have made wonderful family memories together!

We loved our stay in Villa Malibu and will definitely come back next year. We have been coming to Pineda de Mar as a family for over 50 years. It is just like coming home. Staying at the villa was the icing on the cake.

Communication was great from the start, Gorgeous villa in a great location. 7 adults and still plenty of room, pool was an excellent size and being salt water it was so much better than chlorine and only barely noticeable as salt! Terrace area great see more

My family spent actually one of our best vacations in this wonderful villa. The house is brand new and modern. Design, facilities, interior and exterior bring only positive impression, so that it’s hard to think of anything that you could add to make your staying there even more comfortable. All you may need during the holiday is at hand - comfy furniture, fresh linen, kitchen stuff, ac, washing machine, etc. We found everything we needed. The shops are just round the corner. It takes two-three minutes to get (on foot) to the beach. In case you want to chill in the villa there is a cool swimming pool there. An important thing is that water is clean there, during our stay technicians came several times and checked its quality. It’s so important when you travel with a small kid. If any questions occurred, we called Coastal Villas managers and got any help and answers we needed. And the location of the villa is very good - we rented a car and it was easy to go to any directions - either Barcelona, Girona,France. To make a long story short, we recommend this place in case you want to have an unforgettable holiday and enjoy your comfortable stay.

Tolles Haus. Sehr nahe am Strand. Würde empfehlen den Strand in Calella zu nutzen. Etwa 10min mit dem PW. Sehr schöne Strandlage mit Restaurants welche man den ganzen Tag auch dort genießen kann. Pool-Tag mit diesem Haus kann man auch sehr gut genießsee more

Magnifique maison , pas très loin de Barcelone . Calme paisible pour passer de superbe vacances en famille , les gens sont très sympa et très chaleureux la qualité et le prix de la prestation sont tout à fait honorable . L’agence est disponible H24 psee more
