Description
This spectacular luxurious villa is located directly on the sea, in the gated community of Cala Santa Maria de Llorell, in Tossa de Mar.
As this is a private urbanization, access is restricted to inhabitants only, which makes the beach of Cala Llorell less crowded then other beaches on the Costa Brava.
The views from this villa are absolutely stunning, overlooking the beach on each side of the villa and the beautiful Costa Brava coastline with its crystal clear water, rocks and pine trees.
The villa’s location is truly unique, being one of the few villas with a private access to the beach. Just walk down the stairway from your terrace, and you’ll have your feet in the sand!
You enter the villa on the top, on street level. Behind the gate you’ll find an ample car parking for 4 cars.
Via a ramp you walk down to the villa, while enjoying the sea views, until you arrive at the pool/terrace.
Here you’ll enjoy the large private pool of 5x12m, sun loungers, chill out corner and a stunning large sun deck with incredible sea views.
From here you take a stairway down to the first floor. On this floor there are 6 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: double bed, with sea views and balcony.
Bedroom 2: two single beds put together (which can be separated), with sea views and balcony.
Bedroom 3: double bed, with sea views, balcony and walk-in closet. En-suite bathroom with bath tub.
Bedroom 4: quadruple room with two bunk beds, ideal for kids. Sea views and access to balcony.
Bedroom 5: double bed, with sea views and balcony.
Bedroom 6: two single beds put together (which can be separated).
Two more bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath tub.
All double beds are 180cm wide, and single beds are 90cm wide.
All bedrooms have roof ventilators, although there is a constant sea breeze throughout the house.
Walking down you arrive on the ground floor where you’ll find the large living room with breathtaking sea views! The large couch and windows make this a truly spectacular living space.
On the ground floor there’s a forth bathroom with bath tub.
From the living room you access the dining area, as well as a separate smaller salon with TV.
Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine. From the dining room and kitchen you have direct access to the front terrace where you’ll find a large dining table and BBQ, to enjoy your summer evenings.
Private pathway (with stairs) that leads directly from the villa down to the beach. There are two beach bars/restaurants on the beach and water activities available for a fun-filled day!
Wifi included.

Tossa de Mar is lovely and definitely a place we’d go back to! Be prepared for a lot of steps (we counted about 170 down to the beach, plus a long walkway down from the road), but views that make it worth it!

The Villa was absolutely gorgeous with a beautiful view of the sea. There is beach access from the house but it does involve a lot of stairs. We had 9 people with teenagers and we all had enough space and thoroughly enjoyed the very large pool. Thsee more
The Villa was absolutely gorgeous with a beautiful view of the sea. There is beach access from the house but it does involve a lot of stairs. We had 9 people with teenagers and we all had enough space and thoroughly enjoyed the very large pool. There is a supermarket 5 minutes away and the town is only a 20 minute drive. For us everything was perfect and we spent most days lazing by the pool. The only thing I would say is if you have older people, young kids or anyone with a disability that it would be very hard to stay at this villa as there are a lot of stairs and the pool, bedrooms and kitchen are all on different levels.

Ein kleiner Transporter für die Koffer und die Einkäufe wäre gut. Den Lift wieder in Betrieb (wenigstens von der Schwimmbadebene bis zur Küchenebene. Das wäre eine große Hilfe für behinderte Menschen.) nehmen und den Parkplatz befestigen. Mit meinem see more

Along this coast line also goes a wonderful hiking route from tossa all the way to Lloret de mar (with some via Ferrata elements!). The kitchen is fully equipped, the pool is perfect and the villa has everything for a wonderful stay.

The villa is not super-modern but it has a very authentic style. All the bathrooms are “with character” but all are clean and work perfectly. There is only one en suite which is a bit of a problem as some three rooms end up sharing one bathroom. Thersee more

There is no air conditioning on the property but each room has a brand new fan that is quiet and actually amazing! Perhaps the only one improvement I would like to see is availability of blankets for guests. We were given sheets and throws. It was nearing end September and nights were getting cooler, and everyone ended up scrambling for covers :) but the views made up for all that

1 / Bathrooms only with bathtubs. There was not enough shower. It would be nice to make either an additional shower room,put a shower in onetwo bathrooms.

In the family there is a small child and a woman aged, so the issue of climbing stairs is quite relevant 3 / you need equipment for the beach, at least 4 deck chairs and 2 umbrellas. By the pool - everything is fine, but on the beach this is not and very inconvenient, especially for families with children. 4 / The family consisted of 11 people. and not enough ironing boards. I would like to ask to add another 1-2 ironing boards. Conclusions: the villa was booked for the next 2020. Thank. |
