Description
Villa Verona is located in the gated quiet residential urbanisation of Santa Maria de Llorell, at a 5min drive from the center of Tossa de Mar.
As this is a private urbanization, access is restricted to inhabitants only, which makes the beach of Cala Llorell less crowded then other beaches on the Costa Brava.
The villa boosts an impressive double pool, with a large private pool on the terrace with a waterfall that falls into a lower undeep second pool, ideal for children!
From street level you drive up the property to the garage, where you can park 2 cars. More cars can be parked in front of the villa.
On the garage floor you’ll find a gym space and a large room with a sofa bed, kitchennete and second fridge. Small toilet.
One floor up you reach the main floor where you’ll find the living room with Smart TV and fully equipped kitchen. Both the living room and kitchen have air conditioning.
Through sliding doors you have direct access to the exterior terrace with covered exterior dining table for 12 persons and a cozy chill out area.
Enjoy the large garden with grass and sun loungers, ideal for families with children!
Second terrace space with seating area and stone BBQ.
From the terrace you reach the private swimming pool, which consists of a large pool and a waterfall that falls down into a second small pool on lower level. This second pool is undeep and ideal for small children to splash around.
On this ground floor you’ll find one double bedroom and one bathroom (with shower).
Laundry room with waching machine.
On the first floor you will find the remaining four bedrooms, all with direct access to the balcony.
Another two bathrooms (both with bath tub).
All bedrooms have fans.
Wifi included.
The beautiful sandy beach of Cala Llorell is a 5min drive and has water activities, beach club and ice cream parlor.
* One set of bath towels and one beach towel per person are included.
*Unfortunately no groups of youngsters are allowed in this villa. Minimum age is 28.

We had plenty of space for three families (grandparents, children and grandchilds (total of 9). Great with a children pool. A secured area with a 10 minutes walk to the beach with a summer restaurant. Tossa de Mar close by is a great town, also Gironsee more

Fantastic, we had a lovely time. Two families with three toddlers and it was perfect, everyone loved the indoor to outdoor spaces, lovely walkable little beach, two great pools (the small pool is amazing for kids). We hope to go back one day!

I liked everything.....the pool was lovely and the house spectacular. Just a small walk down to a lovely beach with an cosy restaurant. don´t hesitate to go here.

Accommodation is on a secure quite mountain area, with lots of green, nice view and with lots of shade. The temperature on the area of the villa is much more comfortable than in the nearby cities due to the great location and its surroundings.

But same as the whole Spain coast: prepare anti mosquitoes sprays The house has all the equipment and furniture for a vacation with the family (there are also two fridges and a storage room for products). Garage can fit two cars, and plenty of space outside the garage on the territory for at least one more car, and unlimited space outside the house territory to park. Not a downside for us but ACs are not in the bedrooms, but in the common areas only. Though fans are placed and were working fine in every bedroom. Pool is very clean and comfortable, consists of two areas: main and for kids. Seaside can be reached by foot within 10-15 minutes walk (downhill-uphill), but we preferred Playa Santa Cristina in the Lloret de Mar area within 20 minute drive due to more kids friendly beach there. There is a SPAR within 3-minutes drive with basic products, and big super market ESCLAT in Tossa within 10 that works till 22:00. Plenty of restaurants and cafes both in Tossa and Lloret (CoastalVillas provide nice welcome brochure with addresses and recommendations that you may use). |

Perfekt for en storfamilie. Vi var besteforeldre med barn og barnebarn, med stort og smått 9 personer. Rom nok til alle. Barnebassenget var perfekt for de minste. Vi var sent på sesongen, men en helt grei restaurant på stranden var ennå åpen. Fine stsee more

Vi fikk ikke billetter til Sagrada Familia eller Gaudiparken, så bestill det i god tid!

Check out demasiado temprano, hubiera estado bueno que haya aire acondicionado en los cuartos. Tal vez la parrilla podría ser un poco mas grande ya que para 10 era un poco pequeña.

Das Haus ist sehr groß und schön, genügend Platz für 2-3 Familien. Der Ausblick morgens, wenn man wach wird, auf das Meer ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Auch gibt es ausreichend Platz für die Kinder zum Spielen.
